Enjoy the large balcony and sleep under the stars. Riding stables, Karls Erlebnis-Dorf and Havelpark right next door. Whether by car or train - Berlin center is only 30 min. away.

The house is located directly on the edge of the forest and is ideal for guests with dogs who want to experience the city during the day and relax in the countryside in the evening and take walks in the forest. The apartment has a living room with access to the terrace, bedroom with box spring bed, modern bathroom and an open kitchen. The garden is available for joint use.

The 4 room apartment is located in the heart of Brandenburg and thus in the middle of idyllic nature as well as in the immediate vicinity of Berlin (12 min to the city centre by train) and Potsdam (Sanssouci Palace). It is fully equipped so maintaining yourself is easy. My accommodation is well suited for couples (#berlincity), single travellers, adventurers (#döberitzerheide), business travellers (#messeberlin) and furry friends (pets) or bike enthusiasts.

The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Lake vacation home near Berlin

My property is located in a detached house in the quiet Falkensee. The adjacent Lake Falkenhagen invites you to swim in summer and ice skate in winter. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes of Berlin city. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.
