Das Haus ist toll ins. mit Kindern. Man hat viel Platz und die Treppen sind mit Schutzgittern gesichert. Unser Sohn (1J) erfreute sich an den vielen Spielsachen und schönen Büchern. Olivone ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen und im Herbst besonders schön.

Es war wunderschön und wir haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in vollen Zügen genossen.

Fijne plek voor een overnachting richting Italië. We konden zelf inchecken wat fijn was. Huis is schoon en voorzien van veel faciliteiten. Prima plek voor een gezin met kinderen. Ook attent paaseitjes bij binnenkomst! Kortom wellicht volgend jaar weer!

Hallo liebe Nicole und Philipp, vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit eine wundervolle Zeit in Eurem mit so viel Liebe und Respekt gestaltetem alten Bauernhaus in einer Ruhe Oase verbringen zu dürfen. Für uns als Ausbildungsgruppe war es der perfekte Ort für Begegnung, Innenschau und Austausch. Wir können Euch als Gastgeber und auch das wunderbare Haus nur Empfehlen. Vielen dank für alles. Exceeded expectations! Fantastic location with amazing views. Wonderful access to hiking and activities. So much to do within 10 minutes drive. Complete privacy. Comfortable home with washer and dryer, dishwasher, comfortable beds, balcony, and nice shower. View of the surrounding valley, including the waterfall. Amazing host - provided fantastic ideas for hiking, bakeries, and other activities. Wish we had more than five days and hope to return. Worked very well with 4 people for a larger family. The deck and outdoor space was fantastic. An amazing part of the country made even better by a wonderful place to stay.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in Sattel. Ruim huis, goed verzorgd en uitgerust. Prachtig uitzicht! Yvonne is een aangename gastvrouw die snel reageert. Alles prima!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin Brigitte und Ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns rundum sehr Wohlgefühl und würden diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf die Bergen. Sehr ruhige Lage. 20min Autofahrt von Bergün entfernt- 30min von Davos.

Wir haben trotz durchzogenem Wetter schöne Ferientage verbringen können. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf dem ruhigen Balkon lange die Sonne und die schöne Aussicht geniessen. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Markus war unkompliziert und freundlich.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Gerade vor dem Bus, der zum Skigebiet führt. Zudem ist sie sehr gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet und genau richtig für uns gewesen. Nicole ist freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief perfekt. Freue mich auf ein nächstes mal!

Die Wohnung ist sehr heimelig und man hat wirklich alles, was man braucht an Geräten in der Küche, Decken, falls es kalt wird und Hygieneartikel, falls man was vergessen hat - es kann einem an nichts fehlen. Super Aussicht und angenehme Ruhe und ein herziges Büsi, dass einen besucht.

The house was great. Close to town and can walk everywhere, with all amenities you could possibly want. The hosts were so sweet and helpful. We love it and would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé deux jours dans le logement de Flavio. L'appartement est spacieux et bien aménagé. A deux pas de la gare et d'un petit supermarché. La rue est un peu bruyante le soir. L'arrêt de bus pour les pistes de ski est devant la maison. On peut donc tout faire sans voiture. Nous avons eu de la peine à faire fonctionner la cuisinière mais Flavio a été très réactif. Juste dommage qu'on n'ait pas pu trouver d'arrangement pour laisser nos bagages dans un coin le temps de la compétition de ski de notre fils. Mais à part cela, tout s'est très bien passé et nous reviendrons volontiers visiter la région !

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unmittelbar im Haus und gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Bergbahnen, Bus und Wanderwege sind schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die man auf der Terasse nach einer schönen Wanderung so richtig geniessen kann. Wir konnten die Zeit als Familie zu dritt sehr geniessen und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Unser Aufenthalt in eurer Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen! Es fehlt an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Walenstadt ist ein kleiner, schöner Ort und der See ist traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Evin konumu turistik rotalar için idealdi. Bir çok yere hızlı ve pratik şekilde ulaşmak mümkün. Tren ve vapura yürüyerek ulaşmak avantaj sağladı. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve konukseverdi. Kendidine her an ulaşmak mümkündü, tüm sorunlarınızla ilgilendi. Evin temizliği ve eşyaların durumu iyiydi. Yazılı olan tüm imkanlar sağlanmıştı. Herhangi bir sürprizle karşılaşmadık. Her anlamda memnun kaldığımız bir deneyim oldu.

Quel plaisir d’avoir séjourné dans le bel appartement de Nicole ! Un grand merci à elle pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa sympathie. La communication avec Nicole est très facile et amicale. Les instructions pour l’accès au logement étaient très claires. Le descriptif correspond parfaitement à l’appartement : il est tres bien placé, au bord du lac, dans une Marina calme et bien entretenue. Toute notre famille s’est sentie comme à la maison : l’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, lumineux, avec une mention spéciale au sauna dans la salle de bain ! L’emplacement est privilégié car on peut aussi bien profiter de l’environnement du lac et que de celui de la montagne, ce qui est exceptionnel 😊 Nous espérons y séjourner de nouveau pour profiter des différentes saisons.

About as perfect an airbnb as you can imagine. James's place is his own holiday home and you can tell by all the personality it has. We stayed for a week of skiing and found it an incredibly comfortable and relaxing place to call home. It helps that James did everything he could to make us feel that way. Couldn't recommend it more if you're after a place to unwind and are the sort of person who will take care of a place as if it were your own. Deserves no less.

Angenehme Wohnung, man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche zum selber Kochen, unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit René sowie gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/ÖV/Bergbahn praktisch zu Fuss erreichbar.

Appartement magnifique où on s'y sent comme à la maison. Bien équipé et chaleureux. Sigi a beaucoup de gout pour la déco. J'ai adoré les photos d'elle et de sa famille accrochées sur les murs. Je pense que j'aurais bien aimé rencontrer Sigi qui doit être quelqu'un de gentille et bienveillante. Je recommande vivement ce logement spacieux et magnifique. Bonne chance Sigi pour la location de votre logement.

Staying at Tamara and Magnos’ place was truly a wonderful experience. You can immediately feel the love and care they’ve put into their home… it was warm, beautifully set up, fully equipped, and incredibly family-friendly. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt right. The location was also perfect. It is surrounded by breathtaking mountains and nature, yet everything we needed was just a short walk away: grocery stores, restaurants, bus stop, etc. It really offered the best of both worlds. But what truly made this stay special were the hosts themselves. Tamara and Magnos are genuinely kind, thoughtful, and welcoming people. They didn’t just offer us a place to stay, they made our transition into a new chapter of life so much smoother. Their home became our first home here, and for that, we’ll always be grateful. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts.
