5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. Our panorama view apartment is situated right next to the ski lift and slopes in Falera. It is brigt and sunny with a stunning view of the valley, the village and the mountains. the stove in the living area is the center of cosy winter evenings. During summer you can enjoy a bbq on the balcony, while watching the beautiful alpenglow on the surrounding mountain peaks. The backery and cafe is rigth opposite and the supermarket 500 meters away.

Das Skigebiet Flims-Laax-Falera gehört zu den Top-Skigebieten der Schweiz. Erschlossen bis auf über 3000 Höhenmeter ist es absolut schneesicher und bietet viel Abwechslung für Skifahrer und Snowboarder. Die romantische und grosszügige Wohnung eignet sich für Paare aber auch für kleine Familien. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist die Haltestelle des Shuttle-Buses, welcher euch ins Ski- und Wandergebiet befördert.
