Was by far the best Airbnb experience I have had. - House was amazing -clean, fresh, had everything we needed - Location was perfect- great view from the house with access to hikes and activities (we did horseradish 3 min from the house) - host was very kind and flexible - super flexible with check in, had baked a cake that she shared with us along with other snacks, she helped refill our coffee as soon as we ran out as the shops were closed Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend to anyone!

EN: I think Roberto is one of the best hosts we have ever met! He is friendly, helpful and was happy to recommend activities and places to buy traditional wine and cheese. He is always available. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location, we loved every minute we spent there. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. Worth shopping for everything beforehand as larger shops are the nearest half an hour drive away and down a narrow, winding road. I: I think Roberto is one of the best hosts we've ever met! He is friendly, helpful and was happy to recommend activities and places to buy traditional wine and cheese. He's always available. The house is in a beautiful and quiet location, we loved every minute we spent there. The place was clean and well-equipped. It's worth buying everything in advance, because the larger stores are the closest, half an hour by car and along a narrow, winding road.

The Sunny House - chalet in the heart of Dolomites

We (two adults and a dog) had a fantastic week at the Sunny House, which honored his name, and in the beautiful surroundings. The accommodation is sufficiently equipped with all the important things (e.g. Bialetti, hair dryer, some spices, etc.). The location is great for taking great hikes or excursions in the vicinity, a supermarket is within walking distance, as are restaurants and cafes in Lozzo di Cadore (at this point, thank you again for the very good tips from Ernesto). The week in nature and with so much space around the cottage was simply magical. Ernesto is an excellent host and we highly recommend him and the Sunny House! Thank you for this lovely time in your Sunny House! :)

As a group of six friends with a dog, we spent the Easter holidays in the inviting house away from all the hustle and bustle. Despite rainy days, we were able to take many hikes in the surrounding area and warm up and relax in the cozy living area in the evening. The kitchen was very well equipped for our needs, we all had enough space to spread out in separate rooms. The host was totally warm, helpful and very accommodating. We very much hope to see you again and would be happy to recommend the place, although you shouldn't pass on insider tips…

Delightful chalet in an isolated and private area, tastefully furnished and equipped with surprising amenities for the type of accommodation. Lots of appliances, wifi and great working heating. The possibility of lighting the wood stove in the house is much appreciated (dry wood already split available). Valmesta is in a perfect location to be away from the chaos even in high season and with less than 10 minutes by car you can reach the Tognola ski lifts. We would very gladly reconsider a stay in the summer as well. Striving to find defects, however secondary, we point out the private access road, not very easy for inexperienced drivers, and the access to the attic that requires a bit of agility. Highly recommended!

Amazing cabin, scenery, and host! Everything you could need is provided as far as amenities. Quiet and private. My wife took our dog to get away and be in a peaceful area and we could not be more satisfied. Serena responds almost immediately. All around, amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful chalet immersed in the nature of the Val di Funes. The house is spacious, cozy and perfectly equipped: it has three comfortable bedrooms, two modern and functional bathrooms, a large upstairs terrace with a breathtaking view of the Dolomites and a large garden that surrounds the entire property, ideal for relaxing or for children to play. Upon our arrival we were greeted with great kindness by the owners, who were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. We highly recommend it to those looking for tranquility, natural beauty and a thoughtful place to stay in every detail. An experience we hope to be able to repeat!

Delia's apartment is as seen in the photos, cozy, clean, well-stocked. It is located in a very quiet place, away from the chaos, and that's what we were looking for. I didn't meet Delia in person but she was always available, kind and quick to respond. We will definitely be coming back!

Alessandra is an excellent host. She was always easily accessible to help us. The chalet is beautifully situated by the forest a little away from the village. If you are looking for peace and seclusion, you will find it here. Nevertheless, it only takes about 15 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket. Various restaurants are also easily accessible by car. The chalet is very comfortably furnished. In warm weather you can eat and grill outside if you want. The highlight is the sauna behind the house. It is very comfortable. You can enjoy even rainy days (some of which we had) wonderfully. The chalet is very suitable for two adults and 1 child. For more than four people it could get a little small. If you like to go hiking, cycling or otherwise spend time in nature, you will get your money's worth here.

It was amazing in one word! Friendly homeowners, sparkling clean modern apartment that is equipped with all comforts, lovely beds and super bathrooms. We enjoyed it. The chalet was fantastic. Excellent location in the middle of the ski resort, little visible with good privacy and great and stylishly furnished. We absolutely enjoyed our time. The hostess Andrea was very accommodating and friendly, always communicated proactively with us and was very accessible. The caretaker was absolutely punctual to pick up the luggage and also very friendly. All in all, just great and we'd come back any time.

Silvana responded quickly to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake on the evening of our arrival. Quiet location and ideal for us who wanted to ski. A secure location is provided for storing skis. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories to prepare your meals. The pots are of excellent quality, please take care of them. Regarding the billing for hot water and heating, it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). I would recommend this place, we won't hesitate to go back. Thanks Silvana

We love this place! The rooms are spacious and clean, the sauna and whirlpool were definitely a bonus for our tired bodies after a long day of activities in the beautiful surrounding areas. We woke up to the breath-taking view every morning, it was one of the most memorable places we have ever been to. Thank you for being such great hosts Ilaria&Alex!
