Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

A fantastic extremely well-presented one bedroom barn conversion located in a quiet and secluded location just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast. The property has been finished to a high standard, with oak flooring, log burner. Open plan living impressive vaulted ceiling, outside there is an enclosed patio garden, and parking. There's also the Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve run by the Hawk and Owl Trust to reintroduce native birds to the area and to protect the natural environment.

Great, family-friendly place to stay. Peaceful, rabbits running around, lots of nice touches. We particularly loved the pool. Norfolk is a great spot for families!

Wonderful to spend a couple of nights in this charming cottage. It's a perfect base for exploring the area and visiting the coast. The village is beautiful and peaceful, and the cottage itself is a lovely place to relax. Our 18 month old also really enjoyed the garden, and Francoise was really accommodating of him - with cot and high chair set up for our arrival. Highly recommended.

Mill cottage is clean and comfortable with a lovely upstairs open plan living / dining area. The nearby river is lovely and great to be able to walk into town, just a few minutes away.

A great apartment for our weekend away. Our 4 and 5yo loved making a den in the loft bedroom. Had everything we needed and more. Adam was super helpful with any questions and I would definitely stay again.

The kitchen features a central island unit with a wooden countertop, complemented by pendant lighting. Large windows framed by soft curtains allow natural light to brighten the space, showcasing wooden beams that enhance the architectural charm.
