Quiet residential area. No parties! 15 minutes (drive) into City Centre, including Principality Stadium. 5 minute walk to bus stop and 10 minutes to train station. Good access to Victoria Park/Cowbridge Rd for a selection of bars and restaurants, approximately 1.3 miles away. 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk. Happy to recommend.
