Very clean and the host is very kind and responds quick. The pay is worth it because the room feels comfortable and aesthetically appealing. The window faces the golf course and overall the view is great. Apart from the nice host, the caretaker is also friendly. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

The place was easy to find and it was easy to check in. Everything in the essentials description were provided and they were all clean. The view overlooking the city as well as the mountains from the Antipolo-Rizal area was nice. The room had a great amount of morning sunlight for productivity and relaxation. The internet was fast although the TV only had Netflix and Youtube. Nevertheless, my family only used the TV to watch on Youtube so it was not an issue for us to connect to the Netflix account. Overall, the place is very cozy and nice; the hosts were also easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

William’s unit was ideal for my stay—clean, well-organized, and perfectly sized. He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to meet me, give me a tour, and remain highly responsive throughout my visit. The free parking is a fantastic bonus, as it’s not common with other rentals. Jing’s place was exactly what we need. During our stay she gave clear instructions and provided the information that i need. The place was amazing, we only stayed for one day but we are hoping to come back very soon 😊 if you want to swim, walk or jog the amenities is superb!
