House vacation rentals in Fairview

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Love the place, super clean, and they have everything we need. the unit owner is very kind, generous & always responsive. unit is very homey, love the bed, and pillows are very comfy. CR is very clean & spotless. we will surely comeback. thank you so much mam. we really had a great stay here while waiting for my hubby.

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Thina is such a great host, she is very responsive at all times, she makes sure to address your concerns/questions. Her place is so lovely and clean. Some of the items are old and suggest to replace/remove stain if still possible as it’s not appealing to use like the microwave, Thina was so kind to respond immediately and ensured that microwave is clean, but we just decided not to use the microwave as it has old yellow stains already. We just did not like the building policy that anyone who needs to go up and stay for a few hours still needs to pay Php250 per head, we had an event and needed for hair and makeup artists to go up just for 2hrs but still needed to reg and settle Php250 per head. Also if you have visitors, that will visit you just for few hours, be prepared for the “registration fee” of the bldg that doesn’t make any sense. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Thina’s unit, it’s just that we did not like the bldg policy about reg fee and fees for using amenities.

We had a great stay at this cozy and inviting place. It’s well-kept, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. One thing that really stood out was the host’s thoughtfulness—we accidentally left something behind in the unit after checking out, and it was returned to us immediately. That kind of service really goes a long way and was much appreciated. While the overall experience was positive, there are a couple of minor areas for improvement. The toilet in the master bedroom was unusable during our stay. Thankfully, this wasn’t a major issue since there’s another toilet conveniently located just beside the bedroom. Additionally, the downstairs bathroom doesn’t have a lock, which might be a bit uncomfortable for some guests. Despite these small points, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. Thanks again for hosting us.

The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.

This was our first time staying in Marikina, and we’re so glad we found Glenn's place. It’s located in a secure, gated community tucked away in the heart of Marikina city, which made it both peaceful and convenient. We chose this spot because it was centrally located near family members in the area. The check-in process was smooth, and Glenn’s clear instructions made it even easier. Although we encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, Glenn was quick to respond and resolve them. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Glenn’s place to any large families visiting the Philippines.

Had a great stay at Gian’s condo unit! The location is super convenient—right in South Triangle and close to plenty of restaurants. The building also has a grocery and convenience store which made things even easier. The unit was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed, including Netflix for a relaxing stay. The aircon worked well, and Gian was very accommodating with our request for an extra mat. The interior gave us that cozy, elegant, Koreanovela condo vibe, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Just a heads-up: if you plan to use the pool, bring proper swimwear as they’re quite strict with the rules. Would definitely book again!

We had a great time at Amica's place. Probably one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at! The place is quite spacious and had everything we needed for a staycation. Location is very convenient - near Poblacion and Rockwell. Hosts communicated quickly and accommodated our late weekend check-in. Would definitely book again!

Expectations were met and our overall stay was great. The unit is cozy and clean. Everything we could possibly need is available at the place. Sir Elmer is friendly and very accomodating. The pool is itchy though. But nonetheless, we had a great stay.

As for the most part, airbnb for this area of the Philippines I was quite impressed. We felt very secure and had zero reservations about staying there. Everything was like it was advertised. I would stay there again my next trip to the Philippines. Thank you Jennelyn, Pastor Bob Landis

Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. The place was well paid for as it was very clean and feel like it was your own house. Thank you Celia and Jojo for the great stay.

The place is clean and spacious. The host and staff are very kind and also responsive in the chat. They even accommodated my requests. I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. Our holiday was extra special all thanks to Ma’am Linda’s home! It is perfect for our family, accommodating kids, teens, and adults effortlessly. It was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the moment we arrived. All furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were relatively new and kitchenware was impressively complete, making meal preparations a breeze. We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!

Bravo to Leandro. Our stay at Leandro’s was more than like being at home, it WAS home. My family and I enjoyed the comfort, convenience, and warmth of Leandro’s place. Cedric always responds quickly to my questions and concerns even though I booked the place the night before my stay. He was still able to provide the concise instructions on checking in and out within the short amount of time. The free parking space was definitely a plus point for me. Checking in and out was so quick it didnt even take 5 minutes. The bed is soft and the pillows are fluffy. I just thought it would be better to have an extra blanket provided instead of just 1. We enjoyed the PS4 and I was able to work efficiently with their fast Wifi. The CR is also very clean, complete with toiletries except toothbrushes (I was informed prior to checking in). Overall, we had a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient stay. There is also a mall on the ground flr, complete with restaurants, banks, and convenience stores. The place is also near malls, parks, and food bazaars, all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The room is really nice and clean, not overly decorated, our agenda there is near the building which is good, the host is also very responsive. Overall it is 8.5/10 experience!
