We absolutely loved our quick getaway from the city at Kate’s lovely home. It is hard to articulate in words just how beautiful of a home and location this was. It was truly magical. We were very comfortable as a family traveling with young children. Despite the weather being a bit chilly, we had a wonderful time soaking the views and discovering “treasures” by the water. We cannot wait to come back again soon.

Mougeh's place is a lovely home with ample space, toys, books, games for entire family, within walking distance to the beach, and four mile drive to all shopping needs. The reason for the three star rating given in the "clean house" question was because when we arrived we noticed dog hair in the living area. We contacted the host and immediately the next day the cleaning service arrived and cleaned it. We were refunded the cleaning fee. Mougeh is very caring and responsive to her guests's needs.

Gabriella was an awesome host! From moment I arrived everything went smooth and check-in was a breeze. Her place was clean and private. Good place to get away and a short walk from the beach! I would highly recommend Gabriella’s place! When I’m in town I will for sure stay here again! Thanks Gabriella!

Our family loved staying here! It was a perfect fit for us (2 adults upstairs & 2 young teen kids in their own room) + grandma downstairs (so no fall hazard!) The views were perfect and added bonus for my kids to burn off steam even in the chilly weather. The open layout downstairs worked great. We weren’t there for many meals so didn’t utilize the kitchen to its fully potential. Jonathan was very responsive and polite with any questions I had during our stay. It was a lovely place that worked out perfectly during our time spent visiting family in CT!

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!

Jeanette is a wonderful host. She met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of our rental ensuring that she answered any questions. She is very responsive and quick to answer any follow up. questions or concerns. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is great, across the street from Long Island Sound and bordering a large nature preserve. All this and easy access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

What an amazing place! The views and beach were spectacular. Took a weekend getaway with my girlfriend and pup and we all enjoyed it. Very cozy beach house. If we weren’t on the beach we were on the deck with ocean views. Sol was very responsive and answered all my questions. Definitely a 10/10 stay!

We stay 4 weeks at Jacqueline place, everything was great, did not have any problem. Place is exactly fit the advertising if not better and everything was clean and working. We loved Leslie's place and would book here again in a heartbeat - especially in beach season (we were there mid-April). We opted for Leslie's because of its great location over a much larger home with more amenities in the same price range - we were not disappointed! We have two teenage boys and we felt comfortable letting them explore the neighborhood on their own while we squeezed in a few hours of work. Walk or bike to beach, park, basketball courts, restaurants/bars, laundry and more. Encountered many friendly neighbors on our walks. Average 15 min drive to explore lots in West Haven/New Haven. The deck is almost as large as the house with a grill and great furniture. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog - even she felt right at home immediately! The inside is nicely decorated and very comfortable. I loved having my coffee/beer/ cocktail on the deck in view of Long Island Sound with my dog sunning herself by my feet! I highly recommend for couples or families of all ages!
