You'll have private access to the room from the backyard through the back glass door entry. We will provide a key to the room to lock it up. Erica was a fantastic host - responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out, and her care really showed in the little touches throughout the home. Highly recommend!

We were so pleased with this house. It was beautiful inside. The front entrance was as nice as it showed on the flyer. We were able to use the pool, probably one day because of family gatherings, but the backyard was wonderful. All three bedrooms were beautiful. Everything was spotless the kitchenwas well stocked with anything you would need to cook with. It was in a wonderful location of Carmichael and very close to different restaurants and Hoffman Park was a wonderful area.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! It was exactly what we needed. The bowl of snacks in the kitchen was a delightful added touch. Kristine was responsive and friendly. The property was exactly as advertised and was easy to get to. The property was close to a grocery store. We also appreciated the easy, straight forward check out instructions. We would highly recommend Kristine’s place!

Great home to stay in the Citrus Heights area. We had a little trouble getting in but they were very responsive and helpful! Rooms stayed a little warmer than the rest of the house and there were no dish towels but other than that, the stay was great!
