Recently renovated accommodation. Well-kept and functional furnishings. New and very clean bed linen and towels. Possibility to use the washing machine and iron. Stefania is friendly and present. It was a really positive experience.

Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance! Great communication from the host and 10/10 would definetly recommend! Very great value for the price :)

Large apartment, well cleaned and tidy, in a great central area of Cervia. Giulia is an available and very kind host.

Such a great apartment and perfect for 6 nights. I really felt at home. Location was 10 mins walk to train station, 10 mins walk to supermarket. Great view over the canal and lovely to watch the local fisherman. I felt safe and secure and the apartment had everything i needed. Ombretta was just a gem. Somehow we managed perfectly well to communicate, her in Italian and me English. She even helped me call a taxi when i had to check out as the uber is not reliable, but within a minute, Ombretta was on the phone and arranged a taxi. Top top service. For sure I can recommend and will stay again.

I'm having a great stay. Hosts have been helpful, including in emergencies. The apartment is very clean, with all the necessary things to live there for even a month. Bottles of water were waiting for us. It's a good idea to bring the basics like salt, pepper, tea, if you plan to cook something yourself in the kitchen. There was a lot of space on the balcony, and we could store bikes. Close to bakery, pharmacy, small grocery stores, Metromare station. Great pizzeria Da Vinci about 3 minutes on foot. The beach is about 5 minutes on foot with a long promenade connected to the bike path.

Mr. Aldo welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. He explained everything clearly, from using the kitchen to opening the balcony door, ensuring a smooth stay. What stood out was his thoughtful hospitality. He provided water, juice, fresh fruits, bread, jam, butter, and both Italian and American-style coffee, which made us feel truly pampered. The accommodation was cozy and inviting, with Asian-style fans, paintings, and antique plates, making it feel like a local’s home rather than a hotel. Despite my sensitivity to noise, it was surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed. Mr. Aldo assured me he would handle any noise issues, which gave me peace of mind. If I visit Bologna again next year, I’d definitely stay here again. The warm hospitality made it feel like I was experiencing the local way of life. The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The view around the accommodation was amazing between the vineyards and the hills. Gianluca is a very discreet host and was responsive to our requests. i recommend this listing

Luca's apartment was really beautiful, just like the pictures, the two bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for us as a family, the living room was perfect for morning coffee and we generally had a great time! Excellent location, very close to everything you need and the city center! Luca was really kind and the communication was really good! He was also really lenient with the check in and check out time! We stayed at this apartment for 3 days in Bologna and the location is perfect! It is in a very walkable part of town which was ideal for us. The Airbnb is exactly as described in the photos and we found it clean upon arrival. We used the washer to do laundry which was such an added perk. My husband is 6’5 so we found the bed slightly small for the both of us but luckily the couch was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets.

Large and cozy house, with everything we needed. We found it clean and tidy Renato is kind and helpful! You can get to the center in about twenty minutes on foot, great location for BolognaFiere

Luciana is such a great host. I had a little accident during my stay in Bologna and she kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. The house has everything you need.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment for 4 nights! Nicola was very friendly and made the check in and out process easy. He gave us an overview of the place when we got there and also provided great local recommendations. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the open, bright layout and balcony. The location was convenient for walking around the city and getting to bars, restaurants, and attractions. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped to do so.

Peaceful but close to everything’

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

I would definitely recommend staying at Antonella’s place. The apartment and the surrounding area are beautiful and peaceful, and Antonella and her husband are excellent hosts.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna.
