Super clean and modernly equipped apartment in a quiet residential building with adjacent parking spot 10-15 minutes (walk) away from the Moneglia town center and beach. 10 minutes walk away from the train station so very convenient to hop on and off the Cinque Terre train every day. We did not meet Eugenia but she was on top of everything with clear instructions to check-in and to adjust heating if necessary as we traveled during a rainy October. She also was super nice and found us some umbrellas, which saved a big chunk of our trip! The apartment is very bright and spacious with the two balconies, very well maintained and very comfortable to hang out in, even on a rainy day. Thank you Eugenia for a great stay.

Absolutely stunning place to stay! We loved it so much that hope to be back next year. Extremely clean house, beautiful views around, fresh air, close to local shops, and pizzeria. The host is very helpful with checking in. Highly recommend this place.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very modern, well equipped and clean. The location 1a, train station (for the car there is a parking space, on site it is not needed) restaurants and beach are within walking distance. Communication with Daniele was straightforward and fast. We will be happy to come back!
