Bravo and thank you for allowing us to have a very nice villa, oh so comfortable, modern and well located in Palavas les Flots.

Thank you so much for this wonderful welcome. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. We immediately felt good there, like at home. Our host was very kind, always available and caring. These three days were a real break from the sweetness. Not only do I recommend this place without a second thought, but I also hope to have the opportunity to come back. Come and experience "Casa Carpe diem" and thank you again!

A very cozy house, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Beautiful terrace with maximum privacy and tranquility. Even with rainy weather it is pleasant to stay in the house. Absolutely recommend a place to stay. I hope to be back!

We had a great time. Sophie is a great host, very welcoming and helpful in sorting out one or two things for us. Her restaurant recommendation (Maison Hermine) was exceptional. Providing a cot and high chair was helpful. The house was better than described and well equipped with ample dishes, glasses and cutlery. It was great to have a choice of outdoor spaces to sit. The single beds were a little small for adults. We had hoped the pool would be a little warmer - perhaps in mid September the sun isn't strong enough. But some of us enjoyed it. Serignan is a lovely small town, we loved walking to the bakery for breakfast and the local wine cooperative is very convenient for the property. We had a great week and would go again.

The house is very nice, it corresponds 100% to the description. Olivier was very responsive on any questions we had and advised us on visits. We recommend 100%. The flowery garden was a surprise.

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

Beautiful villa, we had a lovely time with 11 people in this villa. The pool and hot tub were fully appreciated. A great and flexible welcome (departure and arrival) and full of small touches (coffee, pasta, breakfast, etc.). Very good bedding, clean sheets and 3 towels available per person. A small flushing problem that didn't stop us from enjoying a great sunny weekend!!

Great villa, well stocked, and with a heated pool from our arrival at 29 degrees. A friendly welcome and very flexible and quick hosts to answer our questions! A pleasant stay and the feeling of being at home! :)

Nothing! That's what's missing from this listing! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there for a great time for families or groups of friends. The cold drinks on arrival were much appreciated. Everything was tastefully thought out and beautifully decorated. The exterior is beautiful, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The best part was that our dogs were welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It’s a stunning place, very useable and well kitted out and brilliant in the sun.

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative in the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, please note that the pool protection curtain is not functional. The house are beautiful. Everything is on one level. Especially cool is the large open and modern kitchen, with the living room. Really great also the porch with the pool. It really is a super nice dream house. We enjoyed our holiday very much!

What can I say. Family of four and a dog. Just returned back to the UK after 7 weeks in France and Spain. The villa is immaculate with a quiet setting and fantastic garden which our dog made full use of shade, as the temperature reached 32. Location good 20 minutes to Montpellier well worth a visit. Coast a short drive with plenty of small coastal towns. Village is about a 25 minute walk to the supermarket and a few cafes all good value. Sandrine and her partner are a delight extremely friendly and the use of Google translate helped although her partner spoke good English. All the fixtures are of a high quality and the pool was fantastic. We would love to return and would recommend to anyone. My parents who are in there 80's found the property suitable as it is all on one level with just a few steps into the property. Towels and linen are good quality, and it was nice to find everything was included in the price.Once again a big thank you Sandrine and hope to see you next year. Xxx

Spacious and pleasant house. It is very well-equipped. The photos are very accurate. The terrace is lovely and the environment is quiet. Our hosts were very friendly and very attentive to our well-being.

Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .

We had a lovely stay in Grabels. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and the pool and its surroundings are very pleasant (highlight of the rental). We were able to talk with Frédéric and Agnès who gave us good tips for our stay and were very friendly. We would recommend it in a second.
