Closed garage possible at extra cost. 160 cm bed, option to separate it and make 2 80 x 190 cm beds. A stone's throw from the center of the village, 10 minutes from Montpellier and 15 minutes from the sea. Check-in is possible by bus from Montpellier, Line 33 or 43. Close to the A9 and A75 motorways, Sète, Bouzigues, Pézénas, Lac du Salagou

Village house "La Digue"

This house on 2 floors is located in the historic center of the village of Fabregues, in an area with very little traffic due to its narrow streets. You will enjoy a house bathed in light, overlooking a very pleasant square where a century-old olive tree stands. Insulation work was carried out in early 2026, and the bedrooms were equipped with ceiling fans. All shops are a stone's throw away: bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop, and the beaches are 15 minutes from the house.

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your independent accommodation is at the end of the house. The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The pool (6 x 12 m) is shared with the owners.

Listed as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You are staying in an old 18th-century sheepfold with beautiful pointed-arch vaults. The walls were built using lime and Pignan stone. It is a large room of about 20 m² designed for 2 people. This unique property is located on the ground floor of our house, located on a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.
