Monthly Rentals in Fa Ham

Amazing stay! The location is perfect, with the mall just a short walk away. It was easy to grab a Grab to the Old Town area. The pool and gym were excellent, and the room was spotless with everything in perfect working order (AC, hot water, and WiFi). Una was fantastic with communication throughout.

This is a nice apartment with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Waris was always nice and helpful.

I, solo traveler, stayed at Gaew's place for five days, from March 10–15, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. Gaew went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, starting with a thoughtful surprise—stocking his large, stylish refrigerator with plenty of bottled water for newly arrived guests, which was especially refreshing in the hot weather. Another great perk was the complimentary hotel/airport transfer, which made my arrival and departure seamless. The place itself is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located within a short walk of Central Festival Mall, where I could find everything I needed during my stay in Chiang Mai. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend Gaew’s place!

Walking right outside the back patio to the pools was really cool. Easy 15 minute scooter ride to get into town.
