Apartment vacation rentals in Fa Ham

There was a family of three with one child for 10 days. One of us slept on the sofa bed in the living room. The topper on the sofa bed was a little worn out, but it wasn't very uncomfortable for me to sleep on it. I'm 186 and I slept on the sofa bed. It's close to the entrance of Senpe, but it takes a while to walk to the mart in Senpe. There were a few small ants, but I think it's unavoidable. Due to the structure of the building, it is bound to be vulnerable to soundproofing. The pool is the best. I wonder if it uses seawater. As of January, the water is heated by sunlight from noon (12:00) to about 5 or 6 o'clock, so you can swim. You can't do it for a long time in the early morning and at night. I didn't have to contact the host separately while I was there. I had a very satisfying stay. I want to come again by myself if I can. Oh, and E507 is a view of the construction site in front of the window. It's a little noisy because the construction starts in the morning. I had a really nice stay. Thank you, benmo.

Very good. The location is very good, very close to the mall, and it is convenient to take a taxi.Bright and clean room with all facilities and facilities.

I would love to visit here next time again. Accommodation was perfect. It has may facilities, kids friendly, and well maintained. Swimming pool was epic! Clean and calm, kids love to go everyday. Central festival was just across the bridge, recommend for staying with kids definitely!

Very happy with the accommodation. Had everything I needed as a solo traveller. I would recommend to hire a scooter during your stay, makes travelling a lot easier. The big shopping mall is literally next door if that's your thing. lots of things to do in the area. I would recommend this stay for anyone on a budget.

I could not have asked for a better place to spend a month in Chiang Mai! It’s a perfect location and the hosts are incredibly kind and responsive. I would stay again next time!

Very, very convenient neighborhood! 2-3 min walk to Big C downstairs. There is also a night market from Wednesday to Saturday. Very safe. 24-hour security. We rented a car ourselves and there's parking space. Security staff is super nice. The whole neighborhood is really comfortable and convenient. Experience the life of a local. There's a small food stall behind the 711 at the intersection. I ate there for three days. I'll stay again next time I go to Chiang Mai! The hostess is super nice, she knew we rented a car and waited for us to give me the parking ticket, and gave me a private guide, recommended the coffee in the neighborhood and the nearby massages are super good! Had a great experience😄

We had some problems with check-in because the room was not cleaned, but Alex responded very quickly and sent guys who cleaned the room. I think it was not the owner's fault, everything else was fine. Great location

Super clean and secure, host was very helpful and got our TM30 immigration form for us too, a great place to stay for a week :)

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

Great place, 3 minutes walk to Central Festival Mall. Only one thing that made this stay isn't perfect is sewage smell sometimes

This is a nice apartment with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Waris was always nice and helpful.

Stayed 16 nights at Yada’s place and it was amazing. The apartment has everything you need including cooking utensils, plates, bowls, salt and pepper, etc. The apartment is in the old town area so there are many places you can explore by foot. Every Sunday there is a walking street night market very close to the apartment where you can shop for local products, food and drinks. Since I stayed there for a long period, Yada offered me one complementary room cleaning which is not very common in AirBnb. Overall, lovely place and lovely host. Will stay again when visit Chiang Mai :)

clean , responsive host but the neighbours smoke too much weed and cigarettes . if you like to chill out with the open air , would not recommend ( too noisy from the pool and smokes pollution)

Our stay at Annie’s was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area. We would definitely recommend her place.

This is the second time I've stayed here. I will consider this place first when I come to Chiang Mai. The location is very convenient. It is close to Central Festival, and shopping is very convenient. It is only about 10 minutes by car from the old town, and about 5 minutes from the riverside restaurant. The room is clean and tidy, and it is convenient to cook in the kitchenette; there is a swimming pool and gym in the neighborhood, which is a plus; the point is that the neighborhood is quiet and suitable for people who are afraid of noise The host has been in Thailand for more than seven years and is very familiar with Thailand. If you have any questions, she can respond quickly. Highly recommended!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

I had a nice 1 week stay here. The apartment is well-equipped and is maintained in a perfect condition. Everything is modern and well-thought. It is located in the far end of the building, so no traffic noise and no neighbors from the sides. Only sometimes I've heard humming of the neighbor's air conditioner from the other floor and church bells from afar, but this didn't cause any discomfort. Arthit is very comfortable and pleasant to communicate with, truly a superhost. I've arrived at 11 AM and was able to check-in this early. Didn't need to wait. This will be the first option to stay on my next visit to Chiang Mai.
