Golden Horn Views from Saffron House Old Istanbul

Bask in the afternoon sun on the top-floor balcony, along with water and city views. This historic 4-story Greek House retains its original ceiling and wall paintings, but has been fully renovated, and features objects d'art from all over the world. We use old furnitures and restored them the same way of the house and matching the colours of the house. There are many pieces coming from around the world during our travels and combination of old and new creates perfect place to live. There is full kitchen in the house for whom likes to cook in the evening. Owen, full size fridge, dish washer and washer / dryer is in the house. There are two air conditioning in the bedrooms for nice and comfortable sleep. You will have the whole house for your self and enjoy the beautiful facilities after your long day exploring our amazing city Istanbul. We live in the same street with the house so anytime you will need something we or our friends will be available for your enquiries. From here near the edge of the Golden Horn, stroll just 2 minutes to reach the water and original Byzantine walls. In the heart of Istanbul's old districts and on 1 of the 7 ancient hills, the area is gentrifying, but retains its historic charms. When you book the house we will send you our welcome pack which will include many information about Istanbul and where we live. Things to do, not to miss, hidden gems and restaurant suggestion which you will not find easily on tourist guide books. Our aim is make you enjoy Istanbul as much as we do and live in the city like a local even you are here for a short time.

Our flat is just 5 minute to famous Galata Tower karaköy and Istiklal Avenue where you can find the best restaurants, cinemas, pubs, gift shops, shopping centers of Istanbul. It is also the main street around Taksim and In addition, it is only 2 munites to Galata Bridge and Karaköy tramway and there are also nice fish restaurants and coffee shops under the Galata bridge. very close to şişhane and golden horn metro station. Evim merkezi bir konumda olup etrafında tarihi olarak gezip görebileceğiniz bir çok yer bulunmaktadır. Bilgi Üniversitesine çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde. Everything was organized smoothly for a late check-in at 11pm. Clean, and spacious studio with jacuzzi that almost everyone else mentions here in reviews. It was very cool to soak there and relax after sightseeing. All in all, it’s a nice studio in a good location for sightseeing on foot or taking public transport to other places. Lovely views!

I have traveled to many places around the world, as well as stayed in other places in Istanbul, but I couldn't have gotten a better experience than this! The neighborhood, as well as the view are a fantastic combination! I cannot tell you in words how amazing the stay was. We went for a morning run and exercise at the park by the water. It was easy access to everything, and there's no better way to live in a city than experience everything right at the finger tips. The hosts helped with all the details and also helped with extra blankets and any other query that we had. We look forward to coming back again

For a positive start, the location was perfect! That made it all worth it. Place is super central and the roof terrace is excellent with stunning views. However, there were some small comments about the room. The toilet seat was broken, the curtains do not reach all the way so that a lot of light fell in and the kitchen was not completely complete. What was nice was the fridge that was present. Shower also nice and everything clean. Communication was perfect! Ali is really friendly and helpful.
