Monthly Rentals in Exo Nimfio

We‘ve had a wonderful one week stay at the house in the beautiful greek countryside. Everything we could have possibly asked for was available in the house already, the contact with the host was fast and easy an we would always recommend this Airbnb for a vacation in Greece.

If you want to get away from it all, Lagia is a perfect location. We loved roughness and beauty of the southern Mani a lot and had a good time at Spyros`house ! The accomodation is definitely unusual. It is truly very rustic, which we did not mind at all. The kids loved to sleep up in the tower and the roof terrace with the nice view over the old houses. We also liked to light a fire at night (April nights can be chilly). The Albanian housekeeper was super helpful and Spyros could always be reached. The one thing which might be improved a bit is the endowment of the kitchen, which we found a bit too sparse for cooking (only one pot fits on the gasstove at a time).

This place is everything you’re hoping it will be: beautiful, quiet location, a great home base for exploring East and West Mani, and stunning design and architecture. A note about the drive up from the main highway and parking : It’s my third time in the region and it was still terrifying but gets easier every time you do it. Make sure to pick up essential supplies, like drinking water, and nonessentials like coffee, before hunkering down your first night as the closest spot to pick these things up is 35 minutes away. One last note: I used to think I was the type of Airbnb guest that didn’t care to meet the host. But I must admit, after several stays in Greece with the host(s) meeting and affably welcoming us and sharing their enthusiasm for the region, I missed it this time. However, the neighbours here, Anna and Theodore, are now lifetime friends.

The apartment was just amazing! Stunning view over the sea, really cosy, very nice garden to chill and it had everything you need. Everything was very clean. Zein and Andy were very friendly and gave us good tips and were always there for us. We really enjoyed the calm surrounding, did a lot of hiking tours. We highly recommend this apartment.
