Monthly Rentals in Exminster

We had a brilliant time at Jo's barn, which has a lovely relaxed feel and very homely. Jo was very kind to provide everything we could possibly need, and it was great to meet her The barn is lovely and cosy, clean and modern. The upstairs kitchen, lounge diner is a great space with a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable sofas. We really appreciated there being plenty of dishwasher tablets along with milk and orange juice in the fridge and even some decent knives! And there are even some lovely wooden toys and games that our 4 year old loved. It was very quiet too and a great location for us to visit our friends nearby. We'd love to savour the delights of Exminster a little more next time! Thanks so much Jo.

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the city centre. It has been a great place to stay whilst working in Exeter and would make a nice base for anyone needing a base for a holiday in the area. Lacey has been very kind and supportive making the stay pleasurable, rather than just a base for work.

Great little break at Julia’s apartment. Perfect location, back gate leads onto topsham high street and train station directly across the road. Easily parked on a nearby carpark. Clean and has everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay here. the place was spotlessly clean and tidy when we arrived and had everything we needed. Communication from Marian was great and we felt reassured that help would be on hand if needed. the trampoline and football area got lots of use from the kids and they loved exploring in the field.
