Monthly Rentals in Exanthia

Great villa apartment with perfect equipped kitchen and washing machine. The fridge was filled with breakfast stuff, which we appreciated. There is a supermarket around the corner with a nice owner. Also great restaurants in walking distance (Drimonyaki and Amente) and in the villages around (T'Aloni and in the village of Karya). Also cute cats around the streets. ;) Nice beaches just a 15 minute drive away.

The place is amazing. Is looking even better than the photos, especially the extra 2 rooms that don’t appear in the photos, there are exquisite! They have everything you will need for your stay. The only thing that I would recommend to be careful at is that the door are one way, so if you accidentally close it with the key inside, you might end up being locked out. It happened to us in the first night, and they had to call a locksmith to open the door, and after that we were charged extra 150€. It wasn’t such a big problem, but we would have liked to know beforehand, because at that time, we were said that it’s going to be solved, but not told anything about having to pay or how much. Overall that was the only inconvenience, but I’ll still leave a 5 star review. Other than that, everything was awesome. You have to try FlyMe restaurant which is the best on the island, spectacular views and amazing cocktails, only at 5 mins walk from the accommodation.

Clean and very well-stocked apartment, it perfectly matched the photos. In a very quiet area of Kalamitsi, among many beautiful gardens, 10 minutes by car from the sea. Recommended!

Jimmy sent me a video showing the way to the house, which was very easy to follow. The house is in a lovely quiet traditional Greek village, with a great view from the balcony. Wine, fruit, bread and other snacks were left for us which were very much appreciated - thank you. Property very clean and maintained to a high standard. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
