We were surprised by the great location, simply fantastic. We enjoyed breakfast with sea views every morning. The neighbor Laurence with the key management was as easily accessible as Axelle. The apartment is equipped with everything and also has many brochures with suggestions. The private garage is worth its weight in gold, we were able to safely park our new bikes in it.

We couldn't find a better option for our vacation! We found a very clean, spacious and well-equipped house. The garden, a little gem, very well cared for and with the option to cook outside. The house is ideal for disconnecting thanks to its location, but it also has a village with restaurants, supermarkets, etc. just a 5-minute drive away. And from there you can reach many more places (Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, Pau among others that we visited). The owners, who live in the adjacent house, are very friendly and helpful while still being discreet. Highly recommended option also for children (we went with our 2-year-old son) to live a nature experience without giving up certain home comforts. Everything is there: ideal and very quiet location, beautiful view, nature, city, nearby activities in a green setting. Not to mention impeccable accommodation (both in terms of cleanliness and functionality and amenities). Special mention for the welcome, availability and kindness of Gabrielle and Jean-Michel.

This day was very comfortable for the family of three. The kitchen is well equipped and it’s easy to get in and out. I don’t mind that it’s a little bit walking the shopping center and restaurants since those areas are only 10 minutes away and it’s really noisy. The house communicate very well and we were able to drop off our luggage. There’s a grocery store across the street which makes it really convenient if you don’t wanna eat out every single meal. There’s no AC, but it was fine since the weather was very nice during our day, the apartment is booked with fans.

Stay: 2 nights in May 2025 Maxime's apartment matched the photos perfectly and the satisfaction was complete: - clarity and precision of instructions before arrival, - accessibility of the apartment and self-check-in (which I personally prefer), - Maxime's high responsiveness to any questions asked, - layout (very well distributed space and plenty of storage) and decoration of the apartment, perfectly to our liking, - cleanliness of the place, - quality of services offered: the shower is very large, the dressing room is very practical (allows you to keep the apartment tidy), the kitchen and living room are great. A very good bakery and two supermarkets are nearby. We immediately felt "at home" and would have gladly extended our stay. We will definitely go back to Maxime's during our next stay in the Basque Country, Anglet having the advantage of being between Bayonne and Biarritz.

Beautiful house, nice bathrooms, great kitchen. House in a calm neighborhood. The beach is maybe just a bit too far to quickly get there on foot, but if you have a car it’s no problem.

We spent a weekend with friends at Carmen's house. We were comfortable. The house is wonderful in terms of space, comfort, services and a short walk from downtown. Communication with Carmen was great from the first moment, making it easy for us to check in and out. I highly recommend this accommodation. And it's amazing for children too! They have a trampoline, a game room... everything is taken care of in detail!

If you are looking for a perfect retreat, this is the place for you, as it is located near Les Bourdaines. Together with our dog, we spent 9 days in this great apartment. It impresses with a very appealing interior (exactly as in the pictures), a very comfortable bed and a beautiful outdoor area with a view of the pine forest in front of it. We would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness, the good and high-quality kitchen equipment and the good service from Guillaume.

If you’re here to surf, Ben‘s house is the place to be. You cannot get closer to the ocean than this, and Messanges offers the longest and quietest surf beach in the area. We’ve had a fantastic time, and the house just made of even more special: breakfasts on the terrace, waking up to pure silence and breathing in the fresh ocean air.

Beautiful and peaceful town house walking distance to the old town!

From the first moment, all the amenities, explanation upon arrival, impeccable accommodation and with all the amenities. Always attentive to all the help and making sure that we were comfortable. Definitely our reference site when we return to the area. In addition to being super attentive, as I mentioned, the house was spotless, clean, modern and with all the amenities Just to thank you for making us feel at home for a few days

We were greeted by Espe and Juan in a very friendly way. Oh, a short but comprehensive introduction was able to start our vacation. The apartment is cozy, quietly located. Within 10 minutes you can walk to the beach, in 25 minutes in the old town. However, there are many stairs to cope - especially on the way back. However, there is also a good bus connection. The bus stops a few meters from the house. Not only in the old town, but also in the neighborhood there are numerous Pintxo bars... check-in & check-out were no problem.

Apartment in a great location 50 m from the beach! Very quiet area! Small but well-equipped! I recommend it and Esperanza is very nice!

Very good stay at Tony's apartment, there is everything you need! A stone's throw from the small center and the market! Special mention for the terrace which is a real plus!

Our check-in and stay went very well. Virginie was very responsive and caring. The apartment is spacious, clean, functional and VERY WELL equipped, with a beautiful terrace. We were able to take bike rides in the nearby forest and on the many bike paths in the area. We highly recommend Virginia's place.

A lovely apartment with a great balcony and everything you will need for a relaxing snd comfortable stay. Underground parking a real bonus. Arthur’s a very responsive and helpful host when contacted and resounded to a few queries almost instantly. For La Rochelle and Il de Re this is really well located and very quiet and peaceful.

This accommodation is worth seeing. Small cozy and quiet studio. The hosts are extremely helpful. ½ hour before our arrival the hosts sent us messages to tell us how to access the accommodation: clear photo, with detailed and precise instructions. Very good stay. I recommend it.
