Suitable accommodation but noisy if we sleep with the windows open. see for air conditioning in high heat (noisy outside)

Very nice accommodation where you can feel good. We enjoyed the warm decor that is identical to the presentation photos. In addition, parking is nearby and shops are within walking distance. All you have to do is climb the stairs to discover the castle and its park. We recommend!

This is a very pleasant home. Perfect for a couple, everything is functional! You can have an aperitif on the outdoor terrace after a good walk in this lovely corner of the Eure. And finish with a jacuzzi session followed by a sauna to rest your body and mind! We'll go back for sure.

Such a beautiful place to stay in the heart of the old town! A comfy bed and lots of room in the apartment with an amazing view to look out over the square. I can’t recommend this place enough! One thing to be aware of is that there is an incredibly popular bar right below the unit so as long as you are ok with some late night noise, this place is perfect!

This was our first visit to Rouen, and this apartment was a delightful introduction to a wonderful city. The location is a dream, particularly if you arrive by car, as we did. Secure, free parking right outside the door in the middle of the city is quite a luxury. The apartment is lovely and has lots of nice details. The beds are super comfortable, and the two full baths are a treat. Top-notch appliances, ample seating, tasteful decor, nice house plants, and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed walking to many sites in the old city center and several museums that were practically right across the street. We were even greeted with a thoughtful welcoming gift from our host. All in all, a great stay that I can recommend without hesitation.

Listing perfectly matches the photos and description. Easy to park directly in front to unload and then park very close by. Street shopping. Extremely quiet, no traffic on the street. Very responsive host. A very pleasant stay in every way.

Bar none, Emilien's place was the cleanest, most comfortable AirB&B we've ever had the pleasure to stay in during our visit to Rouen. Great location, comfy bed, every amenity, well equipped kitchen. It was a five star stay, thank you, gracious Emilien.

Really nice and cosy place to stay and relax. Perfect for our end of vacations in France. The host is really proactive and kind. He provided us with all the info. We found the place to be as described. :-) The parking was a big plus for us. It is a little tricky to exit and enter the garage by foot haha, but there are always people around that you can ask. :-)

The accommodation was really very clean, very well furnished and equipped. Close to the city center, train station and rather easy parking near the apartment. We enjoyed our stay, if I had a comment to make it would be the lack of a shutter or blackout curtain in the room.

We had a great time in this place! The decor is really superb, neat in every detail — you immediately feel at home. The jacuzzi is clearly a big plus: clean, spacious and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The place is quiet, comfortable and everything was impeccably clean upon arrival. I recommend it 100%!

No complaints, impeccable accommodation, as described, very nice for two. To go to the city center, unless you like to walk, including with a small difference in elevation, it is better to plan to use the car. Very quiet. Great value for money, very responsive host. Recommended.

I enjoyed my stay! The accommodation was beautiful, very clean and well decorated. The jacuzzi and sauna were really incredible, a real relaxing time. Despite a small issue on arrival with the entry code, the host was super responsive and quickly found a solution, which is very nice. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Great spot for our family of 5. Spacious bedrooms. Easy to walk to the historic center of the city. It was tricky getting in and out, but don’t let that deter you. Would stay here again.
