Unbeatable value for money and a great view of the Seine. Spacious apartment with all the necessary equipment and wifi. Very quiet, spacious balcony not overlooked, on which you should be able to have lunch when the weather is nice while enjoying the view. Special mention for secure parking inside the residence.

If I could buy a vacation home on the Seine, this would be it. Great place to relax and enjoy the vibe. The private elevator was a major plus! The host, Charles, was very pro-active in helping to make the stay even better.

Very well located apartment, quiet, 10-minute walk to the historic city center and close to shops and the market. Perfect for visiting Rouen and surrounding area. The accommodation is spacious, very well equipped and nicely decorated with in addition a small terrace that overlooks the canopy of trees on the street that gives the feeling of being in the forest! Elise is very responsive and friendly. Good location!
