Gite Rosima, Welcome to Normandy!

The Rosima gîte is a fully renovated 25 m² studio. Located in a small hamlet of about a hundred inhabitants, it is independent and relaxing. A single room accommodates a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge, sink, range hood), coffee machine, cupboard and dining area. The sleeping area consists of 2 single beds that can be pushed together if necessary and a coffee table. The studio includes a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

25 m2 studio on the ground floor, 10 min walk to the city center and 3 min to the banks of the Seine. It will seduce you with its mezzanine. It is located 17 minutes from Rouen Exhibition Centre, 25 minutes from Kindarena, 16 minutes from Biotropica. the bungalow " la Bohème" has capacity for 4 people, it has two bedrooms, which consists of, a double bed, and a bed of 90. house linen is provided, a bed and a high chair for baby. In the living room there is a Scandinavian convertible sofa for 2 people, a TV (wifi) table, chairs, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, induction hob, vintage fridge, a Senseo coffee maker ( with pods), a kettle. The bathroom is quite spacious

Welcome to this former sheepfold transformed into a Tiny House. Take a break in a green setting punctuated by the sound of water. Ideally located between Giverny, on the Impressionist circuit and the loops of the Seine; you will also be in the center of Rouen in 20 minutes. Free municipal parking is available a stone's throw from the Bergerie (under video surveillance). We can speak English if needed ;-)

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
