The cottage is beautifully located in a very quiet area. Detached, with 100% privacy. No traffic. Large, beautiful garden, completely fenced which was very nice for our dog. Very nice terrace with all the comforts. Car is safe on the property behind a fence. It was great. We used this house in transit to southern France, but will definitely be back. Anthony's accommodation is very nice, clean, and very well decorated. The geographical location is ideal for visiting Rouen or the surrounding area. We spent 3 days at Anthony's but we are already planning to come back to continue discovering the region. Anthony was very accommodating and available during our various requests. The accommodation is really conveniently located for visiting the city. Very cozy, very clean and perfectly equipped. Very well heated, which is great, I'm sensitive to the cold. We parked our car at the station parking lot, very good option. Clément is proactive, excellent communication and very pleasant exchanges. Frankly, we know where to stay for our next visit to Rouen. Great value for money to note. We're thrilled 🤩

My friends and I enjoyed the apartment very much and were perfect for 5 people. Close to everything and a nice walk down to the city center or tram a couple of stations just. Very nice hostess and easy to communicate with. The apartment was on the 6th floor with large balcony and evening sun which was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, central and close to many restaurants, cafes and monuments. A special mention for the beautiful terrace. Suitable for two-maxi three people, mini bedroom with compact but comfortable bed. Perfect for our two-night stay.

Comfortable, well-kept home in walking distance to the expo center where we were attending events. The local recommendations were excellent, and overall we were very happy with our stay. Valeria met us when we arrived so that she could give us the keys and welcome us. She was flexible with our schedule.
