The village of Mattsies is located approx. 10 minutes from the A96 and thus all relevant destinations such as Augsburg, Munich, Memmingen, Lake Starnberg, Lake Ammer, Lake Constance, etc. can be reached in approx. 60 minutes and less. The apartment is excellently designed for long-term stays. Please read everything under "Your accommodation" and "Other relevant information"! The garden and terrace can also be used. Mattsies is also in a quiet area surrounded by meadows and forests.

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Our house is located in a medium-sized town called Türkheim. Since the house is on the outskirts and it is only three minutes to the A96, it is ideal for tourists and mechanics. The sights such as the Allgäu mountains, Füssen, Schwangau and the royal castles can be reached within 50 minutes by car. The state capital of Munich and its highlights are also a 45-minute drive away. After a busy day, the place also offers various restaurants and ice cream parlors.

Our house is located on the quiet outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, Legoland Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberg Knight's Games? You can get there in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

The apartment is in a quiet and idyllic location not far from the city of Kempten (Allgäu) with great mountain views. Direct highway connection (A7). Perfect for singles or couples. There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. You sleep on a sofa bed. Parking is right at your doorstep. The apartment is 15 square meters. The Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round.

Welcome to my charming tiny house in Kaufering, located in the beautiful region of Landsberg am Lech. The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Despite the compact size, the tiny house offers a cozy living area that allows a beautiful view of the private garden thanks to the generous window areas.

Studio apartment/vacation apartment - bright spot

Stay in the stylish and quietly located studio apartment in the heart of Gersthofen. The apartment offers an attractive location with good access to the A8 highway to Munich, Ulm and Stuttgart. Shopping is within walking distance. The adventure pool "Titania" with its large sauna area is minutes away, as is the center of Augsburg. LEGOLAND can also be easily reached in 25 minutes.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.

We rent here a bright, small, cute, fully equipped apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The apartment offers everything you need in a small space: a bright living/dining room with an IKEA sofa bed (bed with slatted frame and mattresses), a kitchenette with ceramic hobs, a closet, fridge and a new, beautiful shower room with window.

Quiet, clean house with garden, which may also be used by our guests, including the pool. The bus stop with a very good connection is 100 meters away. Various shopping facilities as well as doctors, pharmacy, restaurants and bakeries are available. The Bundesstraße 17 is about 3 km away.
