Just a great weekend with the family. The house is very nice, very well-equipped, and very clean. The country setting is serene, the apple trees are in bloom, the birds are singing and the countryside is beautiful. All close to Cabourg and the sea. Communication with Bene was excellent and easy. Bene took good care of us. If you want to spend a vacation, a quiet and simple weekend, I recommend this place. a huge thank you to Bene for his kindness.

Yoann was very welcoming, very helpful and super nice. 😊 The place was super clean as new, and it is especially beautiful!! The bed is just amazing, my spouse and I slept so well. The bathroom with its walk-in shower was also superb. And my favorite room is obviously the veranda with its wooden spa, which is just splendid, large, beautiful and so soothing. I've never seen a hot tub as beautiful and stylish! I also loved the patio which is very cocooning with its little lights at night it's super nice and very nice when there is sun during the day 😊 In short, we will come back very soon. We loved it, I recommend this accommodation without hesitation, you can go there without so much as a second thought!! Thanks again to Yoann for a great weekend 😊

A very nice cottage! Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Very clean! The only downside: the large construction site that starts right by the garden fence. Noise from 8 am to 5 pm. It was not possible to eat in the beautiful garden or to relax. We could only use the Jacuzzi in the evening after 17 her, as the construction workers had a complete view of the garden on their dredgers. The construction site will certainly be ready at some point, but until then, info on this would be very important. Since the cottage was otherwise really perfect, we would book it again!

Very good stay in Tom's place. The apartment was faithful to the description and the terrace was a real asset because the sun was present throughout the stay. Good communication with Tom who has manifested himself several times to see if everything was okay. The accommodation is very well located and makes it easy to walk or discover the Normandy coast. An address to keep!

Always very nice to find this beautiful apartment and its terraces, bright, quiet, tastefully furnished, comfortable and ideally located in the city center and a short walk to the sea (special mention for the reserved parking space for the car in front of the house). What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

The host was very responsive and welcomed us warmly at check-in. He explained everything about the flat and recommended nearby restaurants. The flat was clean, convenient, and surrounded by many dining options. Highly recommended!

Very good hosting by Fabienne who was flexible during our late arrival. Impeccable and pleasant house, picturesque setting with a beautiful garden on one side and the farm and its animals on the other. All close to all amenities and close to tourist attractions!

We had a great time at Laurence's apartment. A big thank you to Anaïs, who greeted us with a smile, was available, flexible and very good advice – especially for the noon restaurant as soon as we arrived. The apartment is conveniently located, with a magnificent view to the sound of seagulls, a real little piece of paradise. We now know where to put our bags down the next time we come back to the area!

A real little piece of heaven! The apartment is super comfortable, the bedding is great, you sleep like at home. The beach is a few steps away, and when you open the window, you can hear the waves and birds: a dream! The host is super nice, available and attentive.
