wow! what a find. beautiful home in a quiet location near to the main road so perfect for breaking our journey from the alps.

We had a fantastic stay at Valeres house. The house is even more beautiful than described and a perfect place to explore Burgundy. We can only agree with the positive reviews. The kitchen is fully equipped, the stove is a dream. The whole house is equipped with attention to detail, like a private residential building. There is practically nothing we were missing. Beds were very comfortable. We needed a bit of patience with the fireplace, but after a bit of google it worked out well. Nevertheless, it remains with Valere's note that a country house cannot be heated to tropical temperatures. Every tip from Valere was worth it. Here we can recommend to reserve a table in advance in all restaurants, even in the preseason. Many beautiful destinations are in the area. We could move into Valeres for several months and will be back.

We had a very nice stay in Avallon. The cottage is clean and always cool even when it's hot this summer. Gabrielle welcomed us, she is discreet but always responsive and attentive to our feedback and questions. The delivery of bread and pastries in the morning was really a very nice discovery. The outdoor space is nice to hang out, read, chat... We had a good holiday there even though we weren't able to visit everything we wanted (a lot to see in this area).

This is the best Airbnb we've done. Everything is thought about Harry Poter. There are several details that make the magic work(from discussions with the range hood, to the decoration, to the games in the accommodation, etc. ) I give the rating of 10 out of 5. Our only concern is that we didn't spend more days in the property. Thanks for taking us to Harry Poter's world.
