Small cozy studio very clean with all the necessary amenities. Located at the back of the hosts' home which was a plus for us because we like to be quiet and secluded. The center of Marseillan-Plage is a 5-minute drive with its center and port. It is a beautiful place that I highly recommend. 🤩 Béziers is a 30-minute drive away with its new halls and is also a place to visit. Sandrine is very nice and responds very quickly. I highly recommend it. 👌🏼

Very nice house, spacious, warm, very well arranged and equipped. Comfortable beds. The geographical location is ideal for shining around Narbonne. The view of the pond of Bages and the flamingos is beautiful. The host is very friendly and considerate. I highly recommend this house we had a great week.

We spent 1 week in the accommodation and frankly everything was perfect, very well maintained house, frankly I highly recommend the accommodation you will not be disappointed, we will gladly come back😀 We were able to meet the owners Loic and his wife but also Ingrid who were great from start to finish, frankly, what kindness.

Had a very pleasant stay with 11 friends during the Easter holidays. Quietly located, with plenty of activities nearby. The house itself is also sure to stay on site for a number of days: swimming pool, pool house, garden, film and games attic... Pierre was always easily accessible and flexible. We definitely recommend it!

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm house. The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outside even on rainy days! The swimming pool with its small beach is excellent, petanque court also, all away from any prying eyes It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards. I recommend it!

Very simple, clear and responsive contact with Samuel. Very faithful listing. Very well-equipped apartment in a secure residence as well equipped. It's very easy to park the car near the property. Beautiful place! Charles' house is perfect for getting away from everyday life and creating magical memories with family or friends. A Nordic bath, trees as far as the eye can see and the gentle sound of the river... Thanks for the few days!

Home in the heart of the village of Gruissan. Simple and spacious, quiet while being close to shops and the Saturday morning market. On the 1st floor with elevator access. Frédérique is a host who knows how to welcome with breakfast available for the first day and other treats in the refrigerator. Don't bring your coffee or tea, she thought of it before you arrived. And if you happen to forget your toothbrush, no worries. I had a perfect 6 days. Thanks.

The place is spacious and tastefully decorated. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the center of Montpellier by walking entirely. The only downside is the lack of flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out times even if the owner still accepts a check-in at 3:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m. Thank you for your availability, I would recommend this listing!

Warm and helpful hostess. Everything in the apartment makes you want to stay there and you can feel the love of the owner for these occupants. This goes through flexible hours, the 50-page book handmade on all the activities around, small extras of comfort or even essentials like a toaster or sanitary tampons in case of forgetting. We feel the generosity and kindness in these little things. Really try and start again. Again, thank you for this vacation.

We stayed in early May and were able to enjoy the 2 terraces with stunning views. The Marina is right next door, 5mn walk. And if you have bikes, the bike paths are downstairs from the building that take us in a few minutes to the beach or into the center.
