Vacation rentals with beach access in Étang de Thau

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

This apartment is absolutely great! Very nice renovation, impeccable and neat... in the center of the village, on a nice tree-lined square. Veronique was smiling, welcoming and very attentive to our comfort. I really recommend it.

Great accommodation 1 minute walk to the beaches, responsive host, I recommend it!

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you are on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, crib, toys..). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is within walking distance 30 min (easy) but not very close.

We only stayed one night at Pascale's, but the accommodation is very functional, well-equipped and charming. Conveniently located in the city center. I recommend it!

We had a great time at Paul's house. The views are magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to retreat if you want. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Very nice in-person hosting and particularly well arranged accommodation. Everything is optimized to the maximum with quality materials and the highlight is the terrace with sea and marina view. Shops, quality restaurants nearby and you can connect to Sète in 40 minutes on foot!....we will be happy to go back

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture… We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a great host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!

Late check-in for a quick stop in Sète. It went very well. Emmanuelle was very responsive and attentive.

A little piece of heaven with your feet (almost) in the water! Pascale's apartment is ideally located: stunning sea views, and the beach is a minute away – unless you walk in flip-flops, in which case... a minute and a half. The interior is clean, welcoming and very well equipped: it feels like home, but better, because at home you don't necessarily have a pool as large and as beautiful just downstairs! Special mention to Pascale, a top host: responsive, warm, always ready to help, – a real tightrope walker balance. In short, a perfect stay between blue sky, turquoise water, and soft cushions. I recommend it without so much as a second thought... but open your eyes anyway to enjoy the view!
