Waterfront - Amazing 360 views.

Enjoy a waterfront place with an enormous terrace consisting of a beautiful bar, wood burning oven, barbecue, dining table and seating area. Plus there is a bonus roof terrace above the apartment. The views of the Mar Menor are as wonderful as taking a dip in the warm waters or just languishing on the beach directly in front of the house. The house has one bedroom plus a great room consisting of a dining area, fold out couch, 65" TV and fully equipped kitchen.

Mar Menor beach is only 250 m away, and a kite spot is also within walking distance. A popular beachfront restaurant is suitable for breakfast & dinner. The Mediterranean Sea is 15 minutes away (by car). The metro station is right outside the door. The ride takes about 25 minutes directly to the center of Cartagena.

This was an amazing find!! We spent a few days in Cartagena and it was great to have a private and lovely home to rest at. The host was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable. I would stay here again! Highly recommend this style of Airbnb. If you aren’t driving, be aware that the bus stops are about a 15min walking distance. However it is a beautiful area and we felt safe!

The house is nice and cozy and is in a nice and quiet area. Several very quiet communal pools. Well located to get to know the surroundings by car. Pam available at all times and very attentive. We enjoyed our vacation.
