Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. We'll definitely be back because we felt right at home. Everything was organized when we arrived. Budget friendly great area close to everything. Pool was great. multiple BBQ 's with a nice Lani. Typical SWFL layout of the open and spacious. Great home to entertain and sleep 6 comfortability if needed. Will definitely book again!

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!

Great location close to the beach and restaurants, but just far enough away to enjoy. I would recommend staying here.

I cannot come up with enough adjectives to fully describe our experience. This impeccable immaculate spotless property was simply breathtaking! The quality of the accommodation, the amenities, indoor and outdoor toys and sheer luxury exceeded our expectations. John and Tammie were delightful hosts with so much attention to detail. They thought of every need, making our stay a comfortable memorable experience for our multi-generational family, age 6 month to my 81 and 87 year old parents. There was something for everyone! The location was perfect, near fantastic restaurants and grocery shopping. The whole experience was amazing and will go down in our family history as one of the best family reunions of all times. Thank you Mack. We had a wonderful stay. !! The home is beautiful and spacious with lots of room and beds. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. Our family and I enjoyed the Memorial weekend . The place was clean, and had everything we need for our stay. The private outdoor patio was really peaceful . The pool was perfect and heated all the time. The location was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach ,restaurants and shops. I hope to be back next year. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

Perfect Beach Getaway. Our stay at Bella Bahia was wonderful! The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and just a few blocks away from the beach—perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Ian, the host, was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive and responsive, always just a message away. His communication was superb, ensuring we had everything needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Was perfect for our group. We were visiting for a business meeting and a large house with four bedrooms (all with ensuites) meant we could extend our meeting discussions to morning and evening. Plenty of space to not get in each others way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described! The kids loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Gina was responsive and helpful during our stay. Looking forward to visits in the future!

We could not have asked for a better host with Heather. She was kind, accommodating and her home was clean, beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. My kids had a great time playing in the pool all weekend and loved the master bedroom being on the second floor as well as the loft area. Everything I needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, I found in the kitchen which was super convenient. We had several different beaches to choose from to visit that were close by and the traffic wasn’t bad in the area which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on visiting Cape Coral again next year and Heather’s place will be at the top of my list of accommodations!

Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.

This place was perfect for my husband and 4 kids. The layout of the house is awesome with a large livingroom/dinning room with the screened in porch and pool combo. Great for hanging out even on the hotter days. The master bathroom exits to the pool which is very nice for bathroom breaks without going through the whole house. Everything was well labeled and stocked, making staying in a new place easy to feel at home in. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house, beautiful vue in a quiet place. We had amazing sunset every evening in front of the canal. The pool was great. The house big with smart tv in every room which was great for the kids. We used the gas BBQ, kitchen is also well equipped. I definitely recommend. Ruby is very nice wich an outstanding response time.
