Just a short walk to Barefoot Beach (1.2Miles) , 20 restaurants close by, Publix within 1 Mile, Masterbait Bait store at corner. New baths, kitchen, fresh paint, fans. Large Lanai, Vaulted Ceilings, New Full Kitchen, Full sized washer and dryer. Room for three cars in the drive. We have a dock across the street on a canal Its Grey in wooded to the left see pictures.

This family and pet friendly 1200 sqft home has been fully renovated and beautifully decorated, featuring everything you need to relax and enjoy our location that is within 5 miles of Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and 1 mile from Bunche Beach! Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the beach and stay with us knowing you have all the beach supplies and basic necessities you could need for your stay! I allow free early check-in as soon as I am finished cleaning:)
