Great place and kid friendly! Very responsive to questions and other accommodations for our kids!

Kristijan is a fabulous host! He made everything extremely easy, from check-in to check-out. He was very proactive and quick to respond for anything we needed! We felt right at home the second we walked in. Great house, great host!

Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!

We had an excellent stay, the place gave us everything we needed for our 4 days there and Monika was terrific. Can’t say enough about her instructions, super responsive and kind. Love the open concept, high ceilings, nice bedrooms, etc. very clean, easy to come and go as needed. Overall just a perfect place to relax, unwind and feel dined!!

We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!

I cannot come up with enough adjectives to fully describe our experience. This impeccable immaculate spotless property was simply breathtaking! The quality of the accommodation, the amenities, indoor and outdoor toys and sheer luxury exceeded our expectations. John and Tammie were delightful hosts with so much attention to detail. They thought of every need, making our stay a comfortable memorable experience for our multi-generational family, age 6 month to my 81 and 87 year old parents. There was something for everyone! The location was perfect, near fantastic restaurants and grocery shopping. The whole experience was amazing and will go down in our family history as one of the best family reunions of all times. Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

Perfect Beach Getaway. Our stay at Bella Bahia was wonderful! The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and just a few blocks away from the beach—perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Ian, the host, was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive and responsive, always just a message away. His communication was superb, ensuring we had everything needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. This was one of our favorite houses we have stayed at on vacation. The house was amazing, and the pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The house facing west provided beautiful sunsets! The house is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, everything you want on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here as we will be staying there again!

Danielle, the host, was very friendly, responsive and easy to work with. The home was beautiful, had a great floorplan, and was clean, tidy and well organized. We loved how the bedrooms, family room & kitchen surrounded a centrally located salt water pool, the focal point as you entered the home. The kitchen was well appointed and had all utensils, pots and pans to cook simple to gourmet meals. The garage housed an assortment of all the toys & equipment we desired for the pool, beach, nearby courts and included several bikes & helmets in great condition. Danielle was super responsive at all stages both before and after booking, and even followed thru on altering the pool from a chlorine to salt water after learning about our preference. The security was a definite plus with the gated entrance. And our friends and family had no trouble gaining access due to the efficient gate system. We truly enjoyed the home and our experience with Danielle and plan to return!

This place was perfect for my husband and 4 kids. The layout of the house is awesome with a large livingroom/dinning room with the screened in porch and pool combo. Great for hanging out even on the hotter days. The master bathroom exits to the pool which is very nice for bathroom breaks without going through the whole house. Everything was well labeled and stocked, making staying in a new place easy to feel at home in. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

Beautiful house, beautiful vue in a quiet place. We had amazing sunset every evening in front of the canal. The pool was great. The house big with smart tv in every room which was great for the kids. We used the gas BBQ, kitchen is also well equipped. I definitely recommend. Ruby is very nice wich an outstanding response time.
