2 minutes from Cierp Gaud, 20 minutes from Spain and the Mourtis resort; village house with its small garden and shelters The house is on 3 levels, on the ground floor a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and reversible air conditioning, wc with washing machine and dryer. On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms 1 bed 160/2 beds 140; a bathroom with toilet. On the 2ND floor, a 3-bed dormitory with shower room. Stone barn at the foot of the Pyrenees

This place has just been renovated! It was a stone barn that now has all the comforts. 17km from Spain, 20km from Luchon and ski resorts (Mourtis,Luchon-Superbagnères, Peyragudes). On the ground floor, you have a kitchen lounge, a large bathroom with separate toilets, and two bedrooms with a new 160 bed Upstairs a dorm with 4 small beds. Ideal for 2 families. The outside is not finished yet (it will be for summer) that's why I put attractive prices!

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house.
