This very bright and beautiful house is located in the best location and close to the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town. (about 5 min to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the motorway connection. For nature lovers: the house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

Large apartment at the foot of the Swabian Alb

This stylish place is perfect for families and couples. The location is wonderful for walking and cycling,climbing on the Rosenstein and excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Also Legoland or Schwabenpark are not far away!(About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180x200 and the other box spring bed is 140x200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

The central location is absolutely perfect to explore the city and to be enchanted by the many beautiful places of interests of Nördlingens historic center.
