Monthly Rentals in Espírito Santo

Me and my father enjoyed our stay in Mertola. If you like a small village and nature, this accommodation is great. We stayed 2 nights. There are plenty of restaurants around the house which allowed for nice breakfast/dinner places. There was a little issue upon arrival with the key, but Ana reacted as quick as possible which was appreciated.

Vila Velha is an absolute gem, it's everything João & Filipa say it is & they were really friendly & helpful on our arrival & in their communication. It was a great place to base ourselves and explore the local countryside & the beautiful local towns. The weather was quite unsettled during our visit so having somewhere warm & cosy to come back to, was really welcome. We would definitely recommend it as a place to stay for anyone wanting to explore this area of Portugal.

i've been in this development for a week and just loved it! the apartment was fantastic , clean and with everything needed to use in the kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, mini electric oven, microwave, ceramic and refrigerator). the common pool to all the apartments in a safe and very good area and with good solarium area! Mr. Ricardo always responsive by message and the maid Ana simply fantastic,always available for something that was necessary. for me was the ideal place to rest, I work all year round with the attendance to the public and here I managed to isolate myself ! within an acceptable distance (10 minutes by car) from Mértola where we can get everything we need! we also have the river beach of São Domingos mines about 30 minutes by car where we find beach and pic nic area where there is also a snacks bar and has life-saving swimmers watch! i just loved the region! hei-de volt!

We had a great stay at Catarinas home, we stayed for a few weeks over the summer in between travel and it was the perfect downtime spot. The home and area was very peaceful, and quiet. Shops were about a 10 minute drive, and there was a rec centre nearby which was nice to go swimming at. We stayed for the month of august which was very hot but the home remained cool inside.
