Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The stairs are not suitable for small children or those with difficulty walking. It is possible to rent bicycles, grill outdoors and enjoy the food on the terrace. The balcony and bedroom overlook the Øresund and the forest. Beach, forest, harbor, shopping, restaurants, bus and station within walking distance. We have a Labrador dog that may be in the garden.

The house has 2 good bedrooms, a completely renovated bathroom and a large and cozy completely renovated kitchen/living room with fireplace. The sofa can also be converted into 2 beds, if the need is 6 overnight. From two beautiful wooden terraces and the large plot, the sun can be enjoyed from early morning to late evening.

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

The pool is not heated in the winter, but the apartment is rented at a reduced rate from 01. October to April 30th. Pool can be used cold when purchasing sauna. 150,/day The spa is heated all year round and use is included in the price. From May 1st to September 30th, the pool is heated and can be used by guests

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.
