The location of the home offers walking distance to Øresund, Louisiana, public transport to Copenhagen, as well as forest and nature. The home has been renovated with respect for the house's origin. In the home you will find two bedrooms, as well as an office. In addition, there are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath. The large kitchen-living room, with skylight window is the core of the house. The outdoor area offers a large wooden terrace that offers both sun and shade throughout the day.

Close to forest, birdsong and water. Guest house with bathroom & toilet, kitchen and living room. Steep staircase to the first floor where the bedroom is located as well as desk and closet/dresser. The stairs are not suitable for small children or those with difficulty walking. It is possible to rent bicycles, grill outdoors and enjoy the food on the terrace. The balcony and bedroom overlook the Øresund and the forest. Beach, forest, harbor, shopping, restaurants, bus and station within walking distance. We have a Labrador dog that may be in the garden.

The ferry to Sweden is departing from the harbor right next to the station.
