The house has a lovely large garden, both towards Strandvejen, and towards the water, as well as a small wall facing Strandvejen. 100 m to the harbor, 150 m to public beach. Lovely restaurants, as well as bakery, and Italian ice-cafe, just around the corner. Close to the forest, and about 1km to good shopping mall.

Separate entrance with small kitchen/utility room with washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, and micro/combi oven, as well as induction cooktop. 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), private shower room, private living room with dining area for 4 and exit to private lovely covered terrace with cozy lounge area where sunsets can be enjoyed. Garden with, among other things, a hammock. 5 min walk to shopping, 8 min to the station, 12 min to beach and forest

Charming annex close to beach and forest

The annex is located at the back of our garden, with its own entrance and terrace with garden furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with living room/kitchenette, bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. The annex is 100 m from one of North Zealand's best beaches and Espergærde harbour, where you can almost experience the southern atmosphere with cozy cafes and ice houses. 100 m to the other side is the forest. We have a friendly little dog who also uses the garden from time to time.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

The apartment is located in the cozy historic city center of Elsinore. Only 5 minutes walk to train station, ferry to Sweden, multiple restaurents, grocery store, and special stores. A pearl for shoppers and city lovers. The kitchen section is large and well equipped. And so is the home office - including high speed WiFi Internet access. The bed is upstairs - not easily accessible for people with moving disabilities. Despite the central location, the apartment is surprisingly quiet.
