The annex is located at the back of our garden, with its own entrance and terrace with garden furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with living room/kitchenette, bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. The annex is 100 m from one of North Zealand's best beaches and Espergærde harbour, where you can almost experience the southern atmosphere with cozy cafes and ice houses. 100 m to the other side is the forest. We have a friendly little dog who also uses the garden from time to time.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Access to bath and toilet, washing machine and dishwasher in the main house. Within walking distance of Kronborg Castle and Helsingør's historic city center with cozy shops and good eateries. Good starting point for excursions in North Zealand or a trip to Sweden. Less than an hour's drive to Copenhagen by car or train.
