The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

During summertime you can use our terrasses, zipline,trampoline, campfire etc in our hilly garden next to the small forest. If you are lucky you can watch deer on their walk crossing our garden in the morning.
