German made the experience of visiting Costa Rica so easy to navigate I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else my first time. This place features everything described and so much more. It’s like a magic oasis close to local/central outlets and food options. 3 minutes to the bus and local supermarkets, cheap by uber, and all around a convenient location. Those are just some of the things you’d love. The rest has more to do with just how much you’ll grow to care for the people who live around you in the short time you stay than anything else. Oh! And don’t let me forget the abundance of veggies, fruits and herbs grown right on the property and those surrounding. If you’re anything like me, you’ll love it here so much you’ll decide to take the leap and stay in Perez where you have the best of both nature and convenience while interacting on a day to day with amazing people. Book the stay, you won’t regret it ❤️

Luis was a wonderful host. Very attentive and responsive, and had no problem answering our questions despite the language barrier. All the necessities were available, as well as extras we didn't expect. His family even gave us a small parting gift for each of my young children on our last day. The house is in a beautiful location; somewhat difficult to find at first through the winding mountain roads, but once we knew where it was it was nice to have such a private spot. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Having a morning coffee on the patio looking out over the valley was my favourite part of our trip!

Vista del Valle truly feels like home. This was our third time staying with Christa, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her warm hospitality. Every morning, we woke up to the serene sounds of birds and the breathtaking sunrise over the valley. The home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay—from a well-stocked kitchen to ample closet space and a cozy living area (a rarity among many Airbnbs). We loved every moment of our time at Vista del Valle and can’t wait to return!

This is my second time staying at Joe's place and again I had a great time . There was everything I needed inside . Perfect place to unwind and relax . I am hoping to come back again soon !
