Simone was an awesome host! Very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We were out of coffee and even though stores were closed she managed to get some delivered. The WiFi was the only negative of this stay. It did not work well, but we were there for the views so it was not a big deal. We loved being outside the city and had the best views of the mountains and lake. Would definitely stay here again:)

We had a wonderful three-day stay at Daniella’s place. I was traveling with my parents and my wife, and the house turned out to be the perfect base for us — ideally located for visiting Bern, Lucerne, and Interlaken. Daniella was an exceptional host — always present, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. She made us feel truly taken care of. One of the highlights was spending time with the animals on the farmhouse — they added so much charm and warmth to the experience. All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend this house — not just for the great location and lovely animals, but also because Daniella is a truly outstanding host.

We loved our time here! It’s an amazing place to stay in a beautiful location. It was really well kitted out, with lots of really thoughtful touches. We’d definitely visit again for some more time in the Swiss countryside!

We had a very nice stay at the place with amazing views. The apartment is well described in the listing. The apartment does not have an elevator but was already mentioned in the listing so there was no surprise in that. Hope to go back again to this beautiful village.

Definitely recommend Rita’s place to everyone who enjoys peaceful retreat with only 25 mins to Interlaken. They are wonderful hosts, always responsive, helped a lot during our stay!

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Karsorn and Mario's place. Everything was super clean, organized and fragrant, very careful with the decoration and details. The highlight was the balcony with an amazing view and the tranquility of the place. And the hosts were very kind, they left us fruit, water and chocolate. If I ever come back, I'll definitely stay here again.

Erna‘s place was like a dream surrounding for us. Nestled in middle of nature, you have views of mountain, and a very calm and quiet village of schangnau. House itself has everything you desire for a vacation apartment and i must congratulate Erna for maintaining the house. Communication with Erna was quick and 3 times i had to ask for help, she responded in less than 5 minutes and immediately came to help. She provided the wall adapter as we forgot that Swiss plugs are different from EU german plugs :) In all, me and my family loved it and would happily come here again in our next chance. Thank you Erna.

My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! Doris & family have a fabulous, private and serene Airbnb in one of the most heavenly places in Switzerland. If you love fresh air, wide open spaces, walks through the hills and fields all encompassed by local charm and country life, then this is the place for you. The rental has everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing stay with super comfy beds, sizeable spotless bathrooms and a great place to cook and enjoy your family. They were very responsive, helpful and a wealth of local information. There’s a grocery store within walking distance from the rental with everything you need for your visit. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A great place to stay, clear, precise and very easy to access instructions. A very quiet place, although a little noisy at night since it is right next to the road with vehicles, although that was not a problem for us, it should be considered. You can go for walks in the area, which is very beautiful and peaceful. There are also good places to eat quite close. You can literally walk there.

INCREDIBLE!! The photos don’t do justice to just how truly incredible this place is. I would recommend 10/10 times and would come back in a second. Marlise, her husband Chrigel and son Mike were all incredibly kind and welcoming, helping us get a more local experience. The apartment itself has everything you need, and is located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train/boat station, restaurants and grocery stores. The hot tub/ sauna and outdoor shower, mixed with the view make this place a relaxing paradise.

10/10 - We stayed in over 10 different apartments on our travels across Europe and this was the BEST! The hosts were so warm and friendly. They made us feel so welcomed and at home. Not to mention, the place itself is even more magnificent than the photos. It is a stunning view from both the porch and the hot tub. I'm telling you - I'd book this place 100 times again. It was exactly what we wanted after a long day of hiking and taking in the beauty of Switzerland. We will be back and will recommend this place to our friends too.

Esther’s place was the perfect home base for our Switzerland trip! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and peaceful, but still convenient for train travel and day trips. Esther and Peter were kind and responsive hosts, and made us feel at home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location very spacious with beautiful view of surrounding Alps. Easy access with clear instructions and signs to get to the Unit. Comfortable Bed with power retractable shades over 4 Skylights (2 in the Bedroom, 1 in the bathroom, 1 in the kitchen). Peter was friendly and very quick to respond to a couple very minor issues. Thoroughly enjoyed all the time we were in the Unit or on the balcony. The awkwardness of the business setting was totally not ever a concern once you enter the Unit you feel like your at home. Very clean and perfect location for lots of places to visit. Every time we arrived back from our day out total quiet as all the workers were gone home. One of my favorite times was waking up in the middle of the night and feeling like I was outside looking thru the Skylights at the stars. Amazing great Unit and would definitely stay again if in the area.
