The home is only about a 15 minute drive to the sugar sand beaches in Pensacola, 2 minutes to get onto I-110, and 5 minutes from vibrant downtown Pensacola where you can enjoy amazing restaurants and local shops! Our recently renovated condo on the first floor has everything you could need. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street to sugar-white beach sand and emerald green water. If the gulf doesn’t suit you, enjoy the calm waters of the sound on the opposite side of the island, the beachfront can even be seen from the patio balcony. When you’ve had enough salt for the day, take a dip in the amazing pool at the complex.

Come and enjoy our Beach Home, mins away from major shopping & tourist attractions but most importantly not all the hustle/traffic of neighboring cities; Destin & Pensacola. All essential amenities are provided. HOA does not allow any RV, ATV, golf cart, jet skis and trailer hitches in the parking lot.
