Amazing stay in Lourdes’ house. We felt like at home, in a peaceful and quiet environment. Great for toddlers with the pool and the large closed garden. We loved the outdoor dining area and the pergola. Cala en Baster is a few minutes walk away, so worth it to see. Thank you for everything Lourdes!

Great location both because it is close to the center of the village, within walking distance, and to the center of the island so that all the towns and beaches were close. The house is beautiful and cozy, we had small maintenance issues that were resolved. Absolutely independent check-in and check-out with access code; we asked and obtained the late check-out that allowed us to be on the beach until mid-afternoon at a cost of 100 euros. Our interlocutor was Carla who assisted us and recommended us impeccably on behalf of the Host. Marco

Beautiful and villa highly recommended. Not so close to the beach but it does not matter as the villa is located in a wonderful quiet area. Very easy to reach Es Calo. We will be back ! Arnaud and friends!

Large and spacious house. In the center of Formentera. With a mini pool, correct for kids. He bought a new BBQ for us. Please leave material on the beach. Marianna is nice and attentive.

I had an incredible time staying at two Astbury properties in Formentera! The Can Miguel Marti bungalow was perfect for a peaceful solo retreat, right by the beach. The Campanitx Villa offered ample space and privacy, ideal for unwinding near Es Calo. Both were outstanding, and I can’t wait to come back. Sad to leave!

i really loved the house in general. i must say that I didn't go as well as I would have liked and had me a little out of place, since otherwise I would have done a barbecue and things like that, but I'll leave it for the next otherwise everything is super good and Carla is a charm.

We were two couples with small children, everything super comfortable, the airbnb has all the accessories for cooking, it is very well equipped and very well located, although there is no air conditioning, it was good with the ceiling fan, I recommend it!

it's a perfect place to stay . everything is very clean and well taken care of. The owners are very attentive and give facilities at the entrance and exit of the house..

I stayed with a group of friends from June 17-21. The house is located in the center of the island in a quiet and quiet setting. The villa is very nice, great cleanliness and the pool is a jewel! Oscar was always super helpful and very kind! Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful house and very comfortable to accommodate up to 12 people broadly. Perfectly equipped even with a BBQ that gives a lot of play for the meals. The privacy of the house also allows you to enjoy the terrace without disturbing neighbors. Excellent location practically half way to everything. It has a corner to leave motorbikes/cars. I would definitely recommend and we will repeat very soon!

Wonderful place to stay in Formentera. Beautiful house. Super quiet and nice area. As described and photos, as described and photos. We felt right at home the whole family. Full kitchen, washer and dryer that comes great for after the beach and especially going with children like us. Two very chill terraces. Perfect location, close to everything San Francesc and supermarket 2 min walk for whatever was needed and also close to fantastic beaches. Careful house and comfortable beds with enough intimacy for the 7 we have stayed. Friendly and close hosts. We will be back for sure!!

Werner and Lydia are a super friendly couple. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. The pool is all you can wish for. Perfect for daily laps. Great cosy terrace. Super good beds. ( we slept in the bedroom IN the house) Wel chosen warm lights throughout the house. Very private and quiet. We loved our stay so much!

A wonderful stay with friends and family for my 40th. Gorgeous villa, plenty of space both inside and out. Very peaceful.

The villa is stunning, new and well furnished for the perfect summer vacation. The outside area is well organised with swimming pool and a couple of patios area for dining and refreshing. Inside the space is more the enough, rooms are big, bathrooms are well designed and the living area is simply endless, with a fully furnished kitchen. Additionally, a two car parking lot complete the property. The host is helpful and easy to community, will make our way back next time in Ibiza.

Our stay was excellent, the villa was as described and shown in the photos. Perfect space for all of us, and very clean. The location was also really good, it was literally 20minutes from everywhere that we wanted to go to. The pool was really big and impressive lovely grounds surround the villa. The host Vanessa was very friendly and welcoming and responsive. We could not have wished for a better villa to stay in for our time spent in Ibiza. The villa is in a peaceful location. We had an amazing first family holiday staying at Chris’s villa. It was beautiful. The area is quite hilly which I didn’t realise so with a pram it was a bit of a workout walking back from the shops but being fully abled and quite fit it didn’t bother us! The area has everything you need for a quiet but lovely family holiday and the villa itself is amazing, you don’t really want to leave it! We had a few little blips when we arrived getting into the villa, figuring out the oven, slow drainage in the main bathroom which were rectified very quickly so it didn’t bother us at all. The customer service from both Chris and Charity was great. We will be returning for sure!

Alexis was an absolutely fantastic host. So helpful from the minute we booked giving us taxi numbers, reccomendations and details of how we could get shopping delivered for our arrival. Alexis was incredibly responsive at all times, sorting anything out required and could not have asked for a better host. The outside pool area was fantastic and a beautiful outdoor eating space. The villa interior was a little tired although well equipped with everything we needed. Can't thank Alexis enough for being such a good host.

we're sure jose is one of the best hosts out there. the house was super clean and exactly as described. we're really grateful because he made us feel totally at home during our time in ibiza. swimming in the pool at sunrise and being surrounded by nature was just amazing. we made such beautiful memories that we'll never forget. it was our first time visiting, but definitely not the last and we'd love to stay at his place again.
