The cottage is incredible beautiful! Had everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful hosts! Ann’s welcome cake was delicious 🫶🏻 Also the surrounding area is peaceful and very beautiful. We had lovely stay, thank you! For anyone looking for a place in Wales I would definitely recommend this cogtage!! Xx

We had a lovely 2 night stay in the Shepard’s Hut. Verity is a lovely welcoming host, providing a freshly baked loaf of bread for breakfast our first morning. The hut itself is equipped with everything you would need, including plenty of books and colouring books. It is also very private with gorgeous views of the Welsh countryside and of course sheep neighbours.

We had a lovely stay at the shed, the walking routes we were provided were a really great helping hand to find some nice calm walks in the area. The log burner was absolutely fantastic in the evenings when it got colder. It is close enough to everything to walk or drive but far enough to have great peace and quiet. Of course theres the local security force that provides great cuddles and warm hugs (bonnie the dog) was a pleasant surprise to our mornings. Thank you for having us. Jack and Lily

Just returned home from 4 nights stay at Ty Bedwen and couldn’t have asked for better. The lodge is surrounded by beautiful views and the hosts are kind, welcoming and informative. In the first night, Gareth invited our two children to help bottle feed his lambs which was unexpected but fantastic. He recommended the local farm shop which is amazing, the local milk store and pubs to try in the area. We ate at the Sun Inn and the Raven, both were lovely. We had drinks in the rose and crown which is about 0.5 mile walk from the lodge. The pub is very reasonable and the staff are really friendly. We had trips to Loggerheads park and climbed Moel Famau. We also did a day in Betws y coed which is about 50 mins away. Bala is worth a visit purely for the views in the drive down. Stunning! We would return to the lodge in a heartbeat.
