We love this place and keep coming back. Great showers and comfy large beds set in airy and light rooms of character, tastefully modernised. A peaceful location in Kamini, a short walk from the port, and a lovely spacious terrace to enjoy mornings and evenings makes for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The house has a beautiful, quiet view, especially from the private terrace where even in the heat days a pleasant breeze blew. The view from the pool is very beautiful and gives you a rich feeling. You have the top floor to yourself, downstairs Fred lives with his wife. She used the same pool but I felt like they deliberately stay away when we were in. They were friendly, helpful, present on request, but gave us space and kept back if we needed nothing. You do have to have a car to get the beach and supermarkets, but car is still needed to make trips. The rooms were spacious, and clean. The kitchen is not modern and a bit small but has the necessary things to reach meals. We usually ate outside the door, therefore I can't estimate what it's like to cook there all week. We are going to remember ours with Fred and his lovely wife for a long time as beautiful and serene Greek fairy tale. Thank you .

Yannis is a great host, friendly and was always available to help. The home was very clean, tidy, and in a nice location. Check out was also flexible, and that helped us get ready without stress for our departure. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week staying at Andreas' beautiful apartment. The interior was stunning, the air conditioning worked a dream and the pine forest views from our balcony were so pretty. A lovely peaceful spot to read my book. There's lots of great swimming spots, restaurants and bars within walking distance and the main port which is so pretty was an easy 45 minute walk away. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

Everything about the house is magical. We loved the old architecture, the location, proximity to swimming, everything. You need to know that it's quite an upward journey from the port, so be ready to climb about 300 steps in total to get to the house. The good thing is that there are mules available to take your bags and you can take your time on the cute walk up. There is a nice mini supermarket about 8 minutes walking from the house, excellent restaurants and swimming only 5 minutes away. The views are breathtaking. We absolutely loved it and area already excited about coming back next year!

Beautiful house, thoughtfully decorated, and with an amazing terrace with stunning views of the bay. It’s perfectly located, close to everything you need. Can highly recommend it, perfect for a large family our group of friends.

The house was very spacious and comfort. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. Very good AC, spacious parking, close the beach and restaurant. Katerina had left a welcome surprise for us, a breakfast basket with croissants, jams, butter and coffee. I recommend staying!

Dimitrios’ place was great. He was super communicative and provided really good recommendations. The location of the place was also perfect. Would be happy to stay here again.

One of the cheapest spots I found in Hydra. A perfect place to organise trips from towards all Hydra has to offer. The WIFI did not always suit our working environment but apart from that everything is there to have an amazing time. Easy to keep the house cool and to rest. Great place!

A well designed beautiful white peaceful space with terrace and a courtyard tucked into one of the perfectly romantic alleyways in the port town of Idra. Close to the waterfront (the ferry) and the little bakeries, cafes and restaurants. I had been traveling for a couple of months and was flying back to N America for the busy holiday season and this was the perfect place to rest and recharge. I hiked, I ate good food, i read and relaxed. Loved everything about it. Great host-always responsive. Highly recommend.

We were very well received. The charming owners are discreet and available if needed. They gave us fresh figs, delicious eggs and vegetables from the garden. The house is well equipped, you can cook there easily. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There's a very wild side where you can swim naked and a more coveted side with umbrellas and sun loungers accessible for free. Coffee shops and restaurant by the sea are a 10-minute walk away. Beautiful place.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. Quality towels and sheets. Responsive host and polite staff. Slightly disappointed with the seaview which was partial from our balcony and we had another balcony in front of us. It was great value for money. When I booked it was not clear to me that it’s not a true Airbnb, i.e. somebody’s home but a small scale hotel/studios. Overall, not what I expected but a positive experience regardless.

The house in location is wonderful - very well kept = super pool and a great view. Highly recommended ...will be back
