Our cozy 1 bdrm apartment is 1 mi. from Waldameer Park, 2 mi. from Presque Isle State Park, and within a 10-minute drive from any Erie hospital. We have everything you'll need in your home away from home. There is plenty of off-street parking with special accommodations for larger vehicles. We love to decorate for holidays, so please come visit us in the fall and winter. Travel nurses are especially welcome, we are happy to offer special discounts to our off-season or long-term guests.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and offers some of the best streets for taking a stroll. The nearby Frontier park offers live music, playgrounds, and plenty of room to roam.

There is a bakery, an ice cream shop and a tavern within walking distance with other shopping and dining options right nearby. The apartment has a small bathroom with a nice sized shower.
