This quiet location abuts Trinity Cemetery in the back and has a cozy but tranquil patio and enclosed back yard to grill out in the beautiful Erie Summer and fall. LOCATION…This stylish place to stay is perfect for families, golf outings, skiing / snow boarding / tubing, as we are close to peak n peek resort . We are very close to the snowmobile trails. Presque Isle downs casino , shopping and restaurants are only 4 miles away!! Erie Zoo is 6 miles away. Splash lagoon 4 miles away.Presque Isle state park and Waldameer Park are just a short 15 min drive away. If you are a wine lover head on over to North East to visit 1 of the many local wineries.

Plenty of off street parking for large vehicles, even boats! The backyard has a small grassy area, cement patio, fire table, chairs and an outdoor grill.
