Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Erie County

My family and I stayed for a weekend at Kalahari. It was about a 12 min drive. We really enjoyed our stay. Enough space for everyone and comfortable. If we had any questions or concerns the host was happy to help us and provided clear instructions. Thank you for welcoming my family and I into your home.

Immaculately clean, very comfortable. Every possible amenity is well thought out with meticulously detailed instructions. Books, games, a garage full of beach toys, as well as plentiful snacks. I’ll be staying here again

Location, location, location!!! The beach was just a 5 minute walk (even with loads of beach toys, chairs, and floats- all provided by Cindy!) All 5 of our children (ages 1-18) enjoyed their time- fun for all ages! Cindy was overly accommodating for us throughout our time there. We have officially fallen in love with Lake Erie! 😍

This was a convenient and nice space for our family to stay on our Cedar Point trip. Clean, spacious, and well maintained. As other reviewers described, it sits between two well maintained motel units. Thanks for letting us stay!

Lovely house, lovely stay. Was there for a night after a long day at Kalahari with the kids. Home was cozy and the host was very welcoming. Whenever I’m back in town I will def book again.

The cottage is lovely !! Great location! Pretty small, but that’s typical for Lakeside. Great clean accommodations and very well updated. Everything works and everything is new. Very very clean. We enjoyed it

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was easy to find, clean & close to many things we wanted to do. The only thing, there are steps to get in which we didn’t know and wasn’t an issue. We would definitely stay again! Thank you again for accommodating us!💗

The downtown location was perfect for our plans. The owners were very accommodating and were great communicators I would recommend this place to others who are looking for a place to stay downtown Port Clinton where you can walk to restaurants, bars and the jet express - thanks for a great stay!

Highly responsive hosts - even notified us that we could check in early if we needed! Excellent check-in and hosts provided great recommendations for dining. The kitchen and bathroom areas are a little small but they included everything we needed! Excellent television and internet service, and bed was very comfortable. Felt very safe in the quaint neighborhood - we even met the neighbors when leaving and they were super friendly and polite!

This place was so cozy, squeaky clean, and was so conveniently located near Cedar Point. The neighborhood was safe and walkable. The hosts were very accommodating and responded promptly. We will definitely stay here again!

Apartment was perfect for our stay. Easy to get to and from and private from the rage of downtown. Will be back for sure!

Lori was a hospitable host and was very responsive with any questions we had, and provided thorough explanations of what was included as well as check-in instructions. Her home was as described and was clean and decorated with a fun style that we enjoyed during our one night stay!

Beautiful space great quick communication, we had a wonderful experience and our puppy loved the big park lot to run around in! We’ll definitely book again in the future

Lovely place. Accommodated 6 of us very well. We booked here so we could walk to the Barrelhouse for a show. Worked out perfectly. Gas station right behind the house was a plus as well.

We have stayed at the loft twice now. We love the close distance to Cedar Point and the peaceful setting and beautiful views. It had everything we needed to be comfortable on our trip.

SO BEAUTIFUL! The radio on the wall was a unique addition that blew my mind. We found out that we didn’t have hot water the next morning but the hosts got it fixed by the time we got back later that day. Good hosts and great apartment.

Scott was absolutely amazing during the whole process and the actual Airbnb was amazing. It felt like a home away from home. Will definitely book with him again in the future! The walk to the jet express was literally like 3 min max 5 min so made it perfect! The view was perfect as well and the actual area where the condo was was so nice and peaceful.
